future KH games should have this ability

Posted

hello guys, I belive that in order to make KH games more competitive they should put an "ALONE" ability, basically it makes Donald and Goofy disappear during the gameplay so that it's just Sora vs. the enemies

Personally I hope SE puts this in KH3

what do you think guys?

To be honest I love fighting alongside Donald and Goofy, it's actually the thing I missed the most in the handheld titles.

So I'd probably never use that ability, but I guess for people who like a good challenge it'd be a good idea :)

I'd like to be able to remove my party members as I see fit - not that they were too useful to begin with.

yes at the beginning it is funny to fight with them but when I am towards the end of the game and I just want to go destroying enemies around the worlds for pure fun I find it annoying that they steal you the kills xD

Fair enough. Though you can't really say that they kill much enemies xD

i think you can adjust their AI in the settings to have them do nothing in combat. the option is called "Sora Attack" or something. there's a lot of options for them.

Doesn't really matter to me, they are kinda useless after you learn how to play well.

I agree. I hate when im using my experience boost ability and they come in and kill your enemies, even with their abilities on rare it's annoying.

As shit as their AI is, as useless as Donald is, I miss them. I need them back in KHIII no matter how shit their AI is.

If I recall correctly, that option makes Donald and/or Goofy attack whatever Sora is attacking.

that's not Team Attack is it? ahh well i'm pretty sure there's an option to make them stand aside and provide support at the very least.

Nope I honestly would like Donald and Goofy to fight alongside with me again. Besides we were able to fight without them in Chain of Memories, Re:Coded, and Dream Drop Distance as Sora. If SE adds that kind of ability than Kingdom Hearts 3 will feel more like Birth by Sleep. I hope they don't that in Kingdom Hearts 3.

FIFA is the meaning of a crappy AI. Your teammates are crappy players while your opponents are practically pros. Anyway, the AI of party members was crap likely because of the PS2's power limitations, so AI may be better on the PS4.Though the last trailer we saw indicated otherwise

Yeah, that could be a neat little feature to have if one were to want to beat the game without any assistance!  But honestly, I have to agree with Felixx!  I love having Donald and Goofy fighting alongside me, and besides!  We haven't had Donald and Goofy as party members since Kingdom Hearts II! (Unless you count the brief time they're with you in Hollow Bastion in Re:Coded.)  I WANT MY TWO BUDDIES BACK!!! D:
