Hello guys! Your friend Balo here!

So I was just thinking and something crossed my mind while thinking about what was said about KHXBC that it will be told from the Foretellers perspective, then it came to me, you think there will be a whole theater scenario for each of the Foretellers? Or do you suppose it will be displayed totally in one movie? It would be cool to see it from esch perspective kinda like BBS scenarios.

What do you guys think? Share your comments below!

Zap! :D

Hmm, that's an interesting thought you have there!  Hmm, well, I could see it going either way!  We could probably get a movie, or different scenarios based on each Foreteller's perspective, but we probably won't know until we have the game, ya know? :3

I mean yeah! That's clear! But the thought of this happening according to that quote Nomura said in an interview has me thinking and wanted to share the thought!

Having 5 separate films would be frantic and probably unnecessary. Also you need roughly a 3 hour film again to explain everything fully; having 5 three hour films would be Totally impractical. That said I wouldn't want a cutdown film to cater for 5 different perspectives. Also the 6th apprentice would need his own film too taking it to 21 hours approx. One long film would be fine; just hopefully they follow the re:coded pattern and include more combat scenes rather than 358:2 days which was more slow.

Good question, but I think in the end it will all be one movie. Trying to show five different views would be a hassle and take too long so it will be just one long movie.

Well, it's a pretty interesting thought, if you ask me! :3

With every cutscene movie: it always focuses upon one primary character.

Well that´s the thing. It was said that KHXBC will be told from the FORETELLERS perspectives which led me to think on how will they show it :/

Good point, forgot about the official description. I suppose Chirithy would be the narrator of that tale.

Could you explain that? Because I'm not seeing it :/

Also that! They did say Chirithy was going to be narrating at some point... well who knows! I just want to get all the info I can from this KHXBC events :P

I think he means that in Re:Coded Mickey is kinda like the main character along with Data Sora. It all begins with Mickey and the message and then Sora comes in but is also Mickey who ends everything and keeps on helping out :)

Even having 5 short films could be cumbersome. Some movies and TV shows have made that work...showing the timeline from one perspective at a time.

But after BBS got criticized for that, I don't see them doing it again even for a movie.

Birth by Sleep never got criticized for that, if anything, it was praised for the multi-narrative strand it took. That's why they continued that style for Dream Drop Distance.

It's come to be criticized by fans, but not for that reason so much as the doing lots of things three times, which is why it was streamlined in DDD. But regardless, I don't think SE would do it for a main console title.

I'm sorry but I have never seen criticism for the multi-strand narrative in BBS and DDD. I wouldn't mind if that's a personal opinion but you've explicitly stated that "fans" hate it. You have no evidence.

Read what I posted. I said -or was trying to say- a lot of people criticize it for reasons other than the story. Namely, what it means for the gameplay and having multiple save files with lots of overlap. The effect it has on the story itself is generally passively accepted or praised.
