I think it's a complete slap to SE's face by showing off the international version before it's release. Yes, they showed walkthrough's for the Japanese version; but at least they posted it the day of the release. The few new surprises we're getting, ruined before everyone who pre-ordered it could see for themselves.

If anyone posts links to download the ISO they will be banned. This is unacceptable. So please do not do this..

If anyone asks for a link to a download they will be warned..

 

And yes cas, obviously it is possible to download it.

 

My opinion: I for one am a bit disappointed. Square-Enix could have at least tried to enhance the protection on the disk. The Bbs Jap version took 3 months to be cracked. The English version could have had enhanced protection to stop it form being leaked so easily..

I didn't like the idea of it being leaked, The games not supposed to be released till the 7th, I wanted it to be released on the 7th and not leaked before hand. One or two days early is fine, But nearly a week? Thats too quick.

this reminds me about how halo reach leaked like three weeks early. when did BBS start popping up, like last night? this is crazy.

Just because it was leaked doesn't mean you have to look at it. I'm surprised the security wasn't CHANGED at all on the disk (That's why it was leaked so easily, it had already been done)

Anyways, I'm fine with the leak. I watched the first few cutscenes and stopped. Games get leaked constantly, and keep in mind that just because someone downloads the game doesn't mean they won't buy it. I wouldn't pass up the chance to get Birth By Sleep early if I had one, and I doubt any of you would. I don't believe in downloading games unless I intend to buy them later (Sometimes I use it to decide whether I'll buy it or not)

And then there's ONE more thing you have to remember. It's legal to own an ISO if you already own a copy of the game (Like the Japanese version) or if you don't own it, you are aloud to keep it for 24 hours.

Considering this was leaked today, nobody has done anything illegal yet.

 

As for my impressions. The voices are great. Now that there are sound effects and the dialog isn't chopped up it sounds way better. I like the translations, and the new features sound great. I can't wait to get it this Tuesday (Or sooner! )

I do have a question. What is ISO? Also, I agree completely with Kishira-Sama. SE has worked for years on this series and already it has been released? How is that fair to the producers?

I'm not mad or anything that its leaked. I wasn't planning on buying it, and I wasn't planning on downloading it, because I knew it was going to get on the internet. So meh. I'm going to do the same thing I did when the JP version was released. Sit and watch hours of the gameplay on YouTube. Doesn't affect me too much.

So much people just lost money they needed.

And the programers must be kinda mad too.

Those people who leaked it ne to get a life that's a huge slap to people who are gonna buy it and the makers of this game. It also messes up their sales and profit and that leads to bigger problems.

I don't really like the fact that people leak the games to the internet. You should at least get it officially. Gamestop has started to give out the game early to certian people who have pre ordered really early, like CyberMan65 for instance.

 

Also, ISO, is the file of the game. Some users of CFW use them to illegeally download games and play on their psps. Unless you buy these games off the PSN store, its really illegal. But people still do it. Are they that poor that they can't afford the game?

same here, but i lost my interest in like 2007, got it back in 2008, lost it in 2008, got it back in 2009, and ever since then ive loved it.

I remeber the best kh memorie i have <3. I was out side in winter with my brother and his friend, and i got that mini frost bite, that like, makes ur skin feel warm. And when we go inside, it started to feel prickley, AND THEN I WAS FACING BARBOSA. best kh memorie ever... o.o

I'm disappointed with the leak, but this was bound to happen. Games release, or get released early and put up on the Internet, it can't be helped unfortunately. Personally, I don't think this will hinder sales too much for the game. It will still sell extremely well.

It is illegal, but it happens with all PSP games. There will always be people putting up ISO's of games on the internet and pirating games. It's not Square-Enixs fault, they put piracy protection on their games and that's all they can do until someone makes a patch bypassing the piracy protection.

If BBS doesn't sell well, it's because the PSP has the worst track record for sales of all the current systems. It's also not downloadable, which means a bunch of people who upgraded to Go won't be able to get it (Unless, ironically, they download the ISO )

If BBS fails it certainly won't be the last we hear of Kingdom Hearts. Especially considering it sold well in Japan already.

I hope it sells well still, probably will.

To my knowledge the Go hasnt actually been hacked yet which may explain its awful sales

 

@ topic its awful they do it, if its anything like Dissidia or Crisis Core I guarantee it'll get 2 to 3 million downloads. They're cute out about it I mean its not like game companies have the ability to prosecute all these people so thats how they get away with it.

It's illegal so I don't want that on my computer. Plus if your really a fan your going to support the people who made the game by buying the game for it's retail price.

Everyone in america should be ashamed of themesevles! Square also has the abiltie to go on youtube to see whats going on. I just hope this doesn't stop the kingdom hearts franchie being sold in the united states.

I agree, why can't people wait a few day's it's sad? Yes I want the game SOOOOO badly but I whould NEVER dishonor Kindgom Hearts and Square by doing this. I can wait a few more day's like true fan like all of us on KH13.
