Oh the joys of never reaching quota...

You can't always like, but when you can you're quota? Doesn't make sense to me. How are you quota if don't like posts.

    It's basically saying that I can't always like because of the quota, but when I can I can't notice it because it lasts a split of a second (as soon as I've got no quota I like everything I couldn't like before, which takes like half a minute before reaching quota again xD).
