Have you ever wondered why it rains in the worst possible moment?  Does it ever feel like someone is watching you?  Why are you really so scared of the dark, when there is almost always nothing there?

 

The truth is, there are explanations to all of these things, only we as humans lack the knowledge of them.

 

Far above us in the medieval era dwells a kingdom--no, a world--filled with whimsy, fantasy and phenomena of your wildest dreams.  The world dwells above the clouds, filled with rich stone walls, cobblestone homes, water fountains aplenty, and the palaces whose splendor rivals even that of the great King Alderon down below in the human world.  This world is beautiful, massive, and rich.

 

But who could live in this world, you are probably asking yourself, if this happened long, long ago back in the age of medieval living?  If there are no planes, how could people reach this magnificent place?  And if humans did not know of this world, then what could possibly live there?  There is only one simple explanation, and that explanation is the very reality of what lives there: fey.

 

Fey, all sorts of fey.  Predominately fairies, though they are not your average fairy that you read about in a bedtime story.  They are in every sense of the word human, only they are gifted with three things that the mere human does not possess: magic, immortality, and flight.  The range of fey that dwell in the Overworld vary, from fairies, imps, minotaurs, eidolons, vampires, and just about any mythical race.  While it would seem they have a paradise, it may be surprising that they desire something much, much more, more expansive such as the world below.

 

Which has brought them into the disaster that has befallen them today.

 

A young fey, perhaps three hundred years old, ventured into the forbidden world below, sneaking past security with his two friends.  He met many humans, many curious, some kind, and others . . . more power-thirsty than anything.  A dreadful fate befell the three friends: one had been kept by the human King Alderon for his own dark experimental purposes, another died while trying to save him, and the last made it home, but was punished so severely he'd wished that he'd died.  While the majority of the underworld do not know of the existence of the Fey kingdom, King Alderon does, and he's attempting to reign supreme over all the kingdoms of his world.  In doing so he plans to use the one weapon he doesn't have and is known as a forgotten art: magic.  Yes, magic existed within these young fey, and he would stop at nothing to obtain these magics for his own purposes, even if it meant draining the poor fey dry of their magic, killing them in the process of transferring this magic into their own warriors.

 

You have a choice: to be human, or be a member of the mythical race of the Overworld preparing for the greatest of wars between worlds.  If you are a human you wouldn't know anything about fey, unless you serve directly under King Alderon and know of his plans.  If you are of the Overworld you have never been to the main world, but rather have only heard stories and probably yearn to see what it is like.  Travel between the worlds is forbidden for fey, to prevent the very tragedy that the young boy had created.  You may choose most any race for an Overworld dweller, though if I feel it isn't a good fit or is over-powered I may decline the race.

 

The rules consist of:

 

1.) No god-modding.

2.) No auto-hitting or mass slaughter.  This means if you are battling someone don't make your hit automatically meet its target, but rather have it aimed at a player and they choose whether the attack hits or misses.  No mass slaughter means don't kill off a bunch of NPCs without permission.

3.) Go with the plot, and please choose a character that fits well with the world and setting.

4.) Original characters only.  If you would like to use a canon character please modify them until they are your own creation, and rather inspired by a canon character.

5.) When in a group of other people, please post after everyone in your group has posted.  I don't want anyone to fall too far behind.

6.) Keep everything PG-13, please.

7.) Romance is permitted, but again please remember rating restrictions.

8.) Please don't have invincible characters.  While you get to choose whether your character is hit by an attack, don't make them avoid everything or else it seems like god-modding.

9.) Don't be over-powered.

10.) All KH13 rules apply.

11.) This is going to be a heavy world-building roleplay, that will rely heavily on plot and character interaction.  I intend to keep this roleplay going for a considerable length of time, though it may not be entirely fast to update.  Having said that, please try to post at least once every two weeks, but if you are going to be away please let me know and we will make arrangements for your characters.  Should you remain absent for an extended length of time, I reserve the right to utilize your characters as I deem fit for the RP's progression.

On the subject of this fun talk, Madara is certainly an awesome character in the Naruto universe, though for me nothing can match the guy that can use his own bones for weapons in terms of awesomeness.

 

As for Morana, is she going to pair up with Jimba or is she fighting alongside the others?

I like her character growth. I only watch the anime. Mainly because the manga is so long and I already don't watch the show that much. I'm behind over 200 episodes.

 

AS for Aqua she'll get a post tomorrow. Here's praying I'm not sick,cause I'm posting either way. 

 

Yeah her growth was pretty good, best Hinata moment for me was when she stood up & fought Neji in the 3rd pre-chunin exams test. She might have lost be at least she tried fighting back. I only watch the anime DUB not SUB & at the point where Sasuke was vsing Danzo I switched to Manga has it was way ahead of the anime & is now totally finished. But I'm still watching the anime. I'm waiting for episode 362 in Shippuden so far. You should just read the manga from whatever point your at onwards like I did, you'd probably finish Naruto way faster if you did since their adding more fillers into the anime now as to prolong it haha

To be honest, I think there's a bigger chance that Jynn will challenge Jimba than facing Raiden and Alastor. If Baxter shows up, Jynn will probably scold him for disobeying orders to watch over Bherna. He will definitely go back to the mountains if this happens.

Baxter is going to go to the villa one way or another, at least that's what I think.

And Rabs would put the face of "I told you" when Jynn gets angry.

Now that Jynn has been welcomed in by Raiden I'm really curious to see what happens next.  I think it might be better if a fight happens later than sooner between Jynn, Raiden, and Alastor, but it's really up to all of  you guys and it would be interesting nonetheless.  I'm especially curious to see what happens in the Flowering Hyssop now that Baxter's pretty much decided to take his fate into his own hands, disobeying Jynn and now making enemies of the two elves in the party, which is probably not the smartest of ideas.  I'm fearing for the state of the tavern at this point.

Here's hoping that you're doing well!  Feel free to fit Aqua's post in as soon as you are able.  I fear, however, that we've kept that plot point on hold for quite a while, and other events are moving along quite quickly in comparison.  By Wednesday I think we will continue moving forward, but you're still welcome to post whenever you are able.

THe moment the Black Knights step in the table is gonna turn on the Helvadorians, They don't call the Black Knights the elite task force of Sondon just because they look cool. Each of them has been personally trained by Draksis and his Second in Command, whose's Title is Daimon The Unstoppable. And each is probably able to take on three to five Helvadorians by themselves, and they fight in trios by preference, although the entire division is one helluva force.

 

They might even take back Sondon while Effie and Princess run away.

 

Oh yeah, they also have the "Elite of the Elite" By the name of The Abyssal Rank (Black knights have their own internal hierarchy system and the abyssal are the strongest of all the soldiers, only having six at a time).

Yeah, I could understand things getting a little rocky within the general vicinity. However, hmm, I didn't know those things fell within Rabiyu's abilities. I thought she only had elemental magic, space-bending, and psychokinesis, or at least according to the character sheet. Not sure about being able to curse fey into the mortal realm as spirits or take away their youth, or at least not against players . . . .

Black knights are divided in classes:

There are the Vanguards, which use a sword and shield. which is the class Alex falls on. The Vanguards are balanced in battle. They wield Medium armor and improved shields, their choices being a greatshield or medium shields;

The Lancers: who utilize Lances, Halberds and spears, and mostly prefer mounted combat. They have the choice to wear heavy or medium armor.

The Scouts: Who utilize light, curved swords and Crossbows/Bows and arrows, they are the main ranged and covert unit for the Black Knight division. They are lightly armored but armored enough to survive arrows and thrust attacks. They can choose between dual wielded scimitars or have a parry shield in the offhand.

The Vestals: Who are in charge of healing and medicine, albeit wielding a mace and shield for battle. They can battle just as well as heal comrades. Albeit every Black knight is trained in the basics of medicine and stabilization of wounds, The Vestals are taught advanced medicine. They are medium armored.

And FInally, the Slayers: Heavily armored, Greatsword/Greataxe/Greathammer wielding men, capable of shrugging off many hits due to their training and improved armor, as well as deal great damage with their great weapons. This is the class that Draksis falls on.

 

Personality: Alex is quite wise for a boy his age, smart, and a tactical genius in the making, he is always with a plan of action in mind, this is one of the reasons he was taken as second in command by Draksis, to lead the Black knights.

To his fellow knights, he shows a kind, caring and well humored demeanor, treating them well and with respect. Albeit a bit competitive. He is friends with almost all of the 101 Black knights in the Black knight division. 

 

To his enemies he is steadfast, honorable, but serious and undaunting, he does not care the size, power or look of the enemy, neither does his fellow knights, who are fuelled by passion for their nation, and their commander.

 

Biography:

 

Ahh the Black knights, a division created when Draksis was merely 19 years old, funded and made by himself, it was never expected the division to become one of the most prominent army divisions in the Sondon military, taking only the most dangerous and important tasks for the king. While the Sondonian regular army, aside from the Royal knights, dealt with any problems within the cities within Sondon's control. The Black knight division were single handedly responsible for the conquering of Gailore, their skilled divisions tearing the opposing armies apart with guerrila tactics, and ending up overtthrowing the ruler of the town and taking it for Sondon's rule.

 

They were also responsible, throughout the years, to the pushback of Helvadore's advance multiple times, with their most well known exploit, being with the joint forces of the Royal army, Regular army and The Black knights in the bloody battle of the east. Which took place the cities of Farorie, Malborne and Rodezin. This three capital battle was won with the joint efforts of the Sondon army. And earned them all great respect and renown.

 

The Black knights are known to this day, what true knights are, and aspire to be, to serve their country not from the inside the walls, but outside. Albeit they are always fully prepared for defending the nation.

 

The main Black knight base is positioned in Rouwan. Which provides good reach, by being in the center of allied territory, for their incursions to take place. 

 

Alex is the newest addition to the Black knights, being taken as a protege by Draksis at the age of 12, due to the boy's battle prowes and tactical thinking showed in a street fight in Rouwan. Draksis saw the potential in the boy, and took him in for training. it took only one year for the boy to enter the Black Knights, something normal soldiers would take over 2 to more years to join in and prove themselves. As well as quickly becoming one of Draksis's strategists alongside "Ronan and Elasis" (Yes the Black knights have females, they care for skill, not gender).

 

With Draksis's departure to the overworld, the Black knights are under the three way command of Ronan, Elasis and Alex. Each entrusted with the Scouting of the land and watch of enemy territory, troop training and Mobilization plans respectively.

 

Once the Black knights ride into the scene, it won't take long for the opposition to feel the true might of Sondon.

Accepted! One question concerning the Vestals: I'm assuming that they only use medicine and not magic, right?

Yes, only medicine and whatever combat medicine in the form of injections and painkillers are available.

Perhaps in another couple thousand years she could understand them, but not now.

I have been meaning to ask this for a merry long while now, but where did Rabiyu first come into being?  Was it in a story of your own devising, an RPG, or a previous roleplay?

Rabs was created years ago in a mix between a story and a rp, but mostly a story.

She was an elf girl from a clan of dark elves who suffered discrimination for their reputation as assassins and using dark magic. In the end they were hunted almost to extinction, except for Rabs and a few others who would later form a group for that same purpose, hired by nobles in their political games.

Rabs would later join the good guys to put a stop to a King who wanted to summon a "goddess" from another dimension, a goddess who wanted revange for being sealed away.

Those are things I remember, but with the passing of time I changed things about her story.

Memoir of my latest Darkest dungeon adventure.

 

 

Ahhh the warrens, this blasphemous, cursed place with disease on every corner, never failing to inflict diseases on my characters and making them suffer.

 

Mission to destroy the unstable flesh that resides there. Fair enough. I thought.

 

The few first fights were easy enough, the composition of Fiora (Vestal), Ivany (Plague Doctor), Tolan Jr (Bounty hunter) and Henry jr (Crusader), was pretty effective, ivany raining down poison and stun bombs, while Henry and Tolan focused on the front and backline, Tolan having the ability to pull the backline into the front, displacing the enemy party. While Henry stunned anything he couldn't kill in one hit.

 

Tolan Jr proved himself quite the pugilist.

 

 

What with getting a crit with an uppercut and all.

 

 

Then came the boss, tricky little thing, changing forms every turn, and every form having the ability to input bleeding and everything onto my characters, Henry suffered 3 crits in a row, NONE of which caused bleeding, he must have some sick blood to resist three bleedings in a row. Not a problem for him, except that he was now hanging on by a tread.

 

 

 

 

You could say Henry Jr was not amused. Facing death itself in the face and sending it screaming back to the blackness, probably screaming DEUS VULT non stop.

Sorry it took me so long to post guys, had a few minor migraines bugging me these past few days but I'm feeling better now & I have posted too, yeah!  

 

 

Baxter is going to go to the villa one way or another, at least that's what I think.
And Rabs would put the face of "I told you" when Jynn gets angry.

 

Oh no! not those words, I can't handle hearing them "I told you so" NOOOOOO! okay now, lets be reasonable here shall we Rabs. Those words have already been said once before so lets play friendly now K haha  

 

 

THe moment the Black Knights step in the table is gonna turn on the Helvadorians, They don't call the Black Knights the elite task force of Sondon just because they look cool. Each of them has been personally trained by Draksis and his Second in Command, whose's Title is Daimon The Unstoppable. And each is probably able to take on three to five Helvadorians by themselves, and they fight in trios by preference, although the entire division is one helluva force.

 

They might even take back Sondon while Effie and Princess run away.

 

Oh yeah, they also have the "Elite of the Elite" By the name of The Abyssal Rank (Black knights have their own internal hierarchy system and the abyssal are the strongest of all the soldiers, only having six at a time).

Also, Vark should not have taunted Henry about his punch, he could have easily broken Vark's entire rib cage with that punch. Now he's getting his ass supplexed.

 

Bring it on Henry! haha

 

Also I wonder if Sondon will survive now with the black knights help? so far I think it could go either way really haha

Ah, I see!  Thank you very much for satisfying my curiosity.  I think I like her that much better as a character now.

 

Well, I'm glad that you like her. Her current incarnations are my favorites now.

Luckly enough that the word friendly is in her vocabulary, if she had her memories of her early childhood then she could go into a rampage.

Any possibilities of a friendship between Baxter and Rabs (and probably Yev) went through the literal window when he sprinted towards Rabiyu. Not that she was interested in it at all.

"I will capture you one of these days Henry & make you answer my questions, you can bet on that..." thought Effie as the group of girls soon come to the end of the sewers being an open mouth with the dirty water rushing out & down into a small lake of it. .
