What I'm thinking is this:

The dandelions rebuilt the world, and over time they trained younger generations of Keyblade Weilders. Then as time passed, and they died, they were slowly forgotten until only the regular folk remained. The Keyblade and it's ways became a myth, which lead to yuffie and leon(And mickey, dolan and gooby) being surprised and calling Sora the ''Keyblade master'' in KH1.

Eraqus and Xehanort were part of the last people to be taught by their master, a survivor of the keyblade war, they in turn became the last teachers.

I believe it's Skuld since the day she appeared. Her name "goddess of the future" would imply that she somehow influences what happens in the future. By teaching both Xehanort and Eraqus she is setting the events and the conflict between light and darkness in motion, which makes her ultimately the "goddess of the future".

I think it's Luxu, would explain how Xehanort ends up with his keyblade

That's a possibility, but I think that the master of Eraqus and Xehanort could be a successor of a Dandelion. As for the Keyblade from Luxu making its way to Xehanort, I am not sure.

Pretty sure all signs point to Luxu. He states that he wanted to survive beyond the Keyblade War. Plus, how were Xehanort and Eraqus able to know about extensive knowledge of the "ancient Keyblade War" without learning it from someone?

It was Xehanort who said that. Luxu just said his job was to observe it. Eraqus at least did no have "extensive" knowledge. Yes they learned of it from their Master, Eraqus says as much, but he also says "there's a reason the precepts bar us from thst knowledge" meaning they weren't told the whole story and Xehanort did some independent research. That doesn't mean that their Master was a Dandilion. Kairi's grandmother knew a version of the story, Triton knew even more. That doesn't mean either of them are Dandilions. Eraqus' and Xehanort's Master's Master's Master could have been one. I maintain that Yen Sid was in fact their Master, perhaps his Master was a Dandilon.

That is all true, however, didn't Luxu say that he was to survive beyond the conflicts of the Fortellers? Speaking of Triton, how was he aware of the Keyblade before meeting Sora? That question needs to be answered!

While his lines could be interpereted that way, they could also be interpteted to mean he just there to watch the end of the world. The next is never realy mentioned.

I mean he does say he's to "Continue on to the future written in the Book" but we don't reallly know where the book ends. We also have to rememeber that both of these are fan translations, and the true intent of the words won't be revealed until Back Cover.

And it has been answered as to how Triton knew, the story of the Keyblade War tranceded time and became a fairy tale.
