And what came back you ask? That stupid nightmare! It's that nightmare that makes me want to jump outside the window just because I'm afraid it will come true. And what's the nightmere that's so terrible?Well...

I'm in the livingroom watchuing TV when I hear something fall from my parent's room.I get up and walk towards my parent's room. But when I get there,I only find bodies on the floor. They're so dark,I can't reconize them. But then I see people in white cloaks, but they have a mist around them.Their mouths don't look human,more...demon like. Then they look at me,without showing their eyes and they open their mouths to let out a screeching sound. Then my heart starts to pound real hard and fast. And when my heart starts to hurt, that's when I wake up.

It's so scary, and so real.I'm afraid to go to sleep at times because I think that it will haunt me again. Can anyone please gove me some edvice for this?

i use to have a dream that made me cry but to ecaspe that try and think good things and dont watch anything scary

I suggest before bed don't stay up to late and nothing real violent or scarry and try to empty your mind and don't think of anything. Well thats the best advice i can give

pray to your god

Mate, this sounds greatly similar to what I had researched in my studies. I will put this in Spoiler's tags so to let you know, this may frighten you even more:

Those creatures in white, with demon's mouths. I believe those are Banshees. Banshees are mythological spirits that roam and moan throughout a person's house, when they screech/yell/scream, it means someone has died. In Scottish mythology they are also known as "The Hag of The Mist". But thats unimportant, if your dreams are true...well.....lets hope not.

Sorage55...Oh God everyone of my dreams come true and the description of the ghosts and the events fit perfectly.Oh God,this is not good...thanks for the info though. This only gets me more alert...Oh dear this is not good! Not good at all!

Think of the pleasures in life. Think about food, or good things about your friends. That's how I think before I go to bed. Or if you can't get a thought out of your mind when you go to bed, turn on the lights and read a good book :]

If it gets really bad you should go see a doctor cause it could be your mind telling you something..

I agree with GDS on this one.

Also, maybe it's an older form of night terrors?

Night terrors are something younger children get, that usually have cleared up completely by nine or ten. Mine lasted until I was seven or so. They were the most horrifying nightmares, and when you woke up, you were still in your dream. My parents would hear me screaming and run over, but they just looked like the monsters from the nightmare.

Maybe you go to your parents room while still in the nightmare, and instead of seeing them on the bed, see that picture of the nightmare?

You should see a doctor about that because he/she is the only one able to determine if it's actually just your mind being stressed out or if it's actually an omen. I've had dreams like that before. One in particular I was having turn out to be a good sign so I know what you're going through. Because of my dreams my psych gave me a DreamsDecoded Book.

If you view the spoiler, I put the decoded ones that you're having in bold

Dreams decoded:

To dream of mists, corpses, shadows, or dead things fortells that you will have bad luck and an uncanny future.

To dream of spiders is: all spiders excluding trantulas are are omens of good luck. The bigger the spider, the bigger the rewards.

To dream of a baby: A love affair may be blooming for you in the near future.

To dream of a balloon: It indicates a dashing hope of on any and all fonts, business or love.

To dream of Running: Running is a sign of a big change in your life.

Teeth: To dream of teeth are rotten, crooked, or falling out, your lies are hurting someone very badly and you will soon be found out.

Cats: To dream of cats signifies treachery as well as a run of bad luck

Well i looked up that dream in the geekbooks i have and they say some good things and bad things i'll tell you the good things though.

The dream is a meaning that theres hope for you and you will see someone you really miss. The other thing is that you might get something you wanted your hole life. The bad things are things you do not want to hear

SDG:

Doctor...good Idea...

Butterfly:

I don't think so.The only fear I have is of insects,nothing else.

ZL4:

Bad luck?I think I'm starting to see.

TXA34:

Please tell me the bad things. When you say that I don't want to hear it,it only makes me more nervus. Please just tell me.Who knows,it might help me get a little better.

Looks like you're dreaming of banshees... While banshees in the physical world are just mythical creatures that are supposed to mark the coming of death, I believe Banshees in dreams typically mean something different. From what I recall, Banshees in dreams often represent a damaged relationship or an internalized fear of losing the person they are associated with. Maybe your relationship with you parents is just a tad rocky or something like that.

I do think what you are having is just night terrors though. I had them when I was a teenager, and they weren't fun. If it keeps up, you should go see a doctor, preferably a psychiatrist. They may prescribe you medication, try to change your diet (Certain foods can stimulate night terrors for some people), or just show you some exercises (mental) you can perform to help rid you off the terrors.
