HD 2.5 ReMIX to contain Kingdom Hearts II, Birth by Sleep & coded

People, consider the following...3D was only released last year. Why would it be remastered after such a short time?

I've mentioned this several times, it's not about remastering so much as it is about just porting the game for consoles, to make it available to non-handheld owners.The same was done with other handheld titles for PSP and 3DS, none of which were older than KH3D is now.

Most recently Resident Evil Revelations, released for the 3DS in January/February last year. Coming to PS3/Xbox360/WiiU as standalone retail version in two months.Examples for PSP would be MGS Peace Walker and GOW Ghost of Sparta. The latter wasn't even a year old before it was released in HD.

Not to mention the fact that DDD will already be over a year old by the time 1.5 comes to Americ.

Came out at the end of March last year in Japan.

it almost is. It came out 29th of march in Japan. By the time 2.5 is out DDD would be 2 years old. And if it got it's own remaster it would be even older. Recoded came out just over two years ago so DDD being remastered is not unlikely.

Maybe they just didn't have any DDD footage to show just yet. Or maybe they are giving it a full reDo and don't wanna spoil it... <~ wishful thinking... It just doesn't make any sense for it not to be there, guys.

guys you know how KH3D leads to KH3? maybe theyll do a bundle that includes KH3DHD and KH3

Cool, but I guess DDD is gonna be a seperate port since Nomura wants all the games on one console.

 

To be honest I think that they would include it with KH3 like a couple of other games have (Dead Space 2 with Dead Space Extraction, Bioshock with Bioshock Infinite, Assassin's Creed with Assassin's Creed Revelations, etc.)

Maybe in the Final mix Version of KH3 they are going to add the remastered version of DDD, or at least the cutscenes if they don't know by that time how to port things like flowmotion or reality-shifts to PS3. Something like what happened with KH2 FM+ and Re-Chains of Memory.

That's... actually a pretty.good idea. Maybe not necessarily a FM but just a pack-in game. It still screws the numbering up... you have 1.5, 2.5, re: DDD, 3. Unless it was called 2.9 or something.

To be fair, BBS is in 2.5 so the numbers are already not in order but it doesn't matter too much. Especially since the only problem with DDD is it wouldn't be in the 2.5 saga so it would still be in technical order.

That's what I did too, I even downloaded the HD 1.5 ReMIX Darkside battle form KH1FM.

Im actually more excited for 2.5 than I am for 1.5. I'll still buy both but KHIIFM and BBS(FM?) on the PS3? That's just awesome! Oh and Re:Coded cutscenes...meh. I hope they just leave it as cutscenes and not turn it into a playable game. I don't really wanna play through Re:Coded again.

So when does DDD come into play? Personally I liked DDD better than BBS and would have rather seen that game in an HD ReMix and BBS just added to the PSN.

 

Amen to that! Re: Coded was one of my least favorite games. And KH2 and BbS was definitely my favorite games in the series! i seriously can't imagine BbS from the PSP to the PS3!
