My opinion is that Nomura didn't think it through thoroughly enough. He made Roxas to look like Sora since he's his nobody, then thought 'I know, I can make Roxas have a heart all along by making his real self (ish) a person from the past!' trouble is, he's got no relation to Sora. So i think its just not thought out enough: Aqua covers it by saying casually 'he's a spitting image of Ven', as if to say he looks similar, nothing paranormal about it

The Heartless! When i first played KH1 i was pretty scared of them, especially the ones in the End of the world. Nobodies, pshhht, not a big fan of them

Because Nomura has said that when Ventus' heart was broken and needed to be fixed, it connected with the newly born heart of Sora. Sora is 4 when he meets Aqua, which means we see Ventus over the course of 4 years.

Another question we should be asking is why Ven didn't show aging during the 4 years of Birth by sleep, i.e from Sora's Birth (when he was about to die on the Islands) and up until he fought vanitas. Teenagers change a lot in the space of 4 years

Watching a game on Youtube isn't the same as playing them. If you're only watching the games then it'll be more like a movie. The "watch the game on youtube if you can't afford it" is a bullshit argument. Totally agree. It's meant to be a game, not a movie. you can't get the full experience from watching youtube clips

This is exactly what I believe. only thing I think you missed is that Xion and Roxas managed to both wield a keyblade while they were alive eventually, suggesting that Roxas awakened Ventus' heart and gained his keyblade before Xion died

Aqua was the backup plan incase Ventus wasn't strong enough to fight Vanitas and make the X- blade, by what Vanitas is saying, I'm guessing that he thinks Ventus is now strong enough and doesnt need Aqua as the backup anymore

Ahh right it's starting to make sense now. Aqua transformed LOD to CO and it ended up transported between the Realm of light and darkness (Nomura says it's on the very edge of the Realm of darkness but not totally part of it) So somehow when Sora, Donald and Goofy were walking along the paths of the Realm of Darkness, they must have reached the the edge and stepped into the grassy plains of what was LOD. So in theory Aqua could have made it back if she went in a different direction, hah

As soon as I found out CO was LOD I always wanted Nomura to explain how Sora Donald and Goofy managed to walk themselves from the Endless Abyss to Castle oblivion, including how that grassy field got there. But yeah I would hasard a guess that it is part of Land of Departure

Yep, Master Xehanort only injured his heart so his soul is completely intact inside his body. I know the circumstances are a bit different, but it is similar to the sleeping Kairi in kh1 when her heart was inside Sora.

I'm sick of roxas or a roxas look alike turning up in every game! go away! but yeah Sora & Riku as they're the original protagonists and I don't think we've seen enough of them as a team
