Based on the games Marvel Ultimate Alliance and Avengers Academy. When the world needs heroes the most, SHIELD steps up to the plate, gathering Earth's mightiest heroes and training them to be the best heroes they can be. Attending school in their alter-egos, these heroes will need to be ready for anything that comes their way. But... Something is coming... The villains are beginning to gather... The to-be Avengers are in for the fight of their lives. RULES! 1 ) Any and all Marvel characters (excepting Nick Fury and Hank Pym) will be acceptable for consideration. OCs will be considered IF THEY FIT THE MARVEL UNIVERSE (NO EXCEPTIONS), but PM me to clear it with me first. Also, we may have duplicate heroes (alternate universes/identities), but try to make them more diverse (ie. Superior Spider-Man, Miles Morales or 2099, not two Peter Parkers). Impressed by how Scott handled the suit and Scott's own motives for doing so, Hank Pym allowed Scott to keep the Ant-Man mantle, encouraging him to come to Avengers Academy. Now Scott helps out Hank, while he learns the ins and outs of being a hero. Powers: By himself, Scott Lang has no powers. With the Pym Particle, Scott is able to shrink or enlarge his body. Doing so increases his strength and agility as well as improving his reaction time. Abilities: Scott is an expert at electric engineering, even managing to modify the Ant-Man suit to increase its capabilities. Gadgets: The Ant-Man helmet allows Scott to communicate with ants. The helmet also has a small air supply. On top of this, Scott also carries discs developed by Hank Pym, which, when tossed, shrink or grow whatever the discs hit. Extra: None

~Garland, Kefka's Tower~Garland held his swords out to his sides, catching two of the lasers while the rest struck him in the chest. However, Garland did not flinch. The only reason he moved back was the force of the lasers.When the laser assault ended, Garland resumed his advance on the woman, albeit faster."Damned summoner," Garland said, beginning to spin the bigger of the two swords in his right hand. "You must think me a simple man in armor." Now in range to attack, Garland made one last taunt, "I have left your weak race far behind!" With that, Garland began to swing the two swords at the Gaster Blasters, his speed continually picking up speed due to momentum.Garland had been hiding his true strength too long.It was time that the people fighting this war knew the power of the other Chaos.

~Sora, Corrin and Lightning, Sanctuary~Sora managed to put up a Reflect spell before Ganon's dark blast managed to hit him. Sora taunted, "Is that all you've got?"Sora then watched as Genesis' attempted attack ended with Genesis being flung out of the barrier seperating Sora and Ganon from the others."No!" Sora said, reaching his hand out in a vain attempt to catch Genesis. Sora then angrily turned back towards Ganon, "You're going to regret hurting my friends!"~Xemnas, Midgar Ruins at the Western Keep~ Xemnas nodded at Xigbar's suggestion and addressed Caius again, "Indeed. If your faith in Garland and Kefka is well-founded, they will easily take care of their current combatants. Schala is less protected, and we still have the element of surprise." Xemnas began levitating in the air and again floated west, "Now we begin to set events onto their proper course."~Johnny and Elia, the White Mage, Lufenia~Johnny felt the strength slowly return to his body as Mog's Cure spell worked its wonders.Johnny began to stand up and pulled on the cable latched around Draksis' leg, "I won't ask again, Draksis. Stand down."Elia began to back up slowly towards Aqua, "We should move. Now. I have no idea what he's going to do next." Still holding her staff in front of her, Elia struggled to think of any sort of defense she could muster...~Garland, Kefka's Tower~Garland scoffed at the boy's remarks, "I have lived for thousands of years! You are insignificant before me!"It was the creatures that then made Garland realize Xathnan was not the prime target."Ah, yes," Garland said, slowly turning as he got up from being thrown at the tower. "The mother. The odd variable on which this war seems to turn." Garland began to slowly march towards her, "You would make an excellent warrior for Chaos. Your unbridled passion, your immense power, you were meant to serve me and my lord!" Garland split his sword into two, and made a taunting gesture towards Elsa, "Perhaps you'd like another shot with your foul monsters! I'd prefer a fight from the front!"~Xehanort and Vanitas, Planet's Core inside Mt. Gulg~The two dark beings had sat out of the world's events for a while, recuperating.Or, in Xehanort's case, plotting his next move."We are now considered traitors," Xehanort said as he paced around the bottom platform of the magical rift at the bottom of the volcano. "No one on any side can trust us."Vanitas sat, messing around, swinging his Keyblade around, "Yeah, I thought we figured that much out.""And I dare not grab anyone else's attention by making more warriors to fight for me," Xehanort continued, beginning to connect dots in his mind."So, what?" Vanitas said, finally standing up. "You made me weak by spreading my powers all over the place. What good would more of me do?""Exactly," Xehanort said, turning to his young apprentice. "We don't need to make more warriors, Vanitas. We just need to start taking them. And we can start with the ones that have not been claimed..."

~Xemnas, Midgar Ruins at the Western Keep~Xemnas considered the dragon knight. Here, the two of them had been sent to deal with traitors, and the one who had continued to fail now asked him for help.Xemnas smiled. He was in complete control here.Xemnas turned slightly to Xigbar, who had just objected, "What's in it for us is favor with our lord. We three have remained loyal to him and this act should only cement that trust."He had hesitated to meet Caius' outstretched hand, but had to give in extended his own and shook."We shall...friend," Xemnas said before moving past Caius. "There are three we should keep alive. Xathnan, Schala and the mother are our main targets. If at all possible, they should not be harmed." Xemnas turned to look at Caius, "I give you now a choice: we can go after Schala now and pick up what is left by Garland, or storm Garland's venture and take his victory from him."~Garland, Kefka's Tower~Garland laughed as the electricity coursed through his body and armor."If anyone here is forgetting the other, it is you, boy!" Garland shouted at Xathnan, before swinging his sword, letting out a barrage of fire spells.Following that, Garland's sword turned into its axe form and he slammed the weapon into the ground, causing a rift in the earth."You underestimate me, and you will pay for your insolence!"~Elia, the White Mage, and Johnny, Lufenia~Elia grew scared as the armored man changed forms and slowly walked towards her and Aqua. Elia knew not whether he had seen Aqua, but he would know now."Elia, where's Johnny and the others?" she heard behind her, louder than Elia had hoped.Elia, unmoving and still facing the man walking towards them, tried her best to calmly address the woman behind her, "It's not really them we should be worrying about. It's more us we should be worrying about."Elia, hands shaking, held her staff in front of her. She did not know what she could use against this man. Holy itself could not destroy him, and no protective spell she knew could help her now.Elia closed her eyes and tried to meditate.Johnny was already exhausted and hurt when he was struck by the lightning bolt, but Draksis...Draksis forcing his memory on Johnny didn't help too much.Now, Johnny lay on the ground where Draksis had thrown him, slowly drifting into unconciousness.Then he heard Aqua.His eyes tried to open and he saw it.Draksis walking slowly towards Elia, doubtlessly where Aqua was as well.He was going to kill them both.Johnny struggled to lift one of his arms up to aim at Draksis and fired a cable, wrapping it around Draksis' left leg."No..." Johnny barely managed to left the words leave his mouth as he tried his best to get up and stand. "Not...this...time..." Now sitting on his knees, Johnny tried to pull the cable tight, "I...won't let you...Draksis..." He felt his strength failing him and said one more thing, "This is not the only road you have...what ever happened to the first road? Whatever happened to the redhead girl?"~Sora, Lightning and Corrin, Sanctuary under siege~https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Wzi7UobHpAgSora stood there, facing down Ganondorf, the dark king."I'll show you the power of the Keyblade!" Sora shouted, before he held the Keyblade out in front of him.Sora focused his power into the blade, and jumped back slightly, the Keyblade charging energy into the tip.Sora unleashed a blast of light which circled and flew towards his dark adversary."Ragnarok!" Sora said.Lightning and Corrin exchanged glances and jumped to opposite sides of Cosmos' throne."Everyone!" Corrin shouted. "Surround the throne! Protect the goddess and Serena!"Lightning shifted her gunblade to the gun form and aimed at a few of the skeleton creatures surrounding them."I hope you're paying attention, Ganon," Lightning said, her snark as evident as ever. "We're about to show you just how bad of a decision you just made really was."

Ok, here's those character models. Johnny (first without his Ebony Mail, second with) Taybor (Dice not to scale) And last, Willow! (first pic is her in commoner clothes, second is her with armor) And last, since the faces in Hero Forge are god-awful, here's my casting for the trio (just so that you get the general look of their faces) And I am so ready to go!

(I've made up character models for all three characters, I'll put them up later on) Name: Johnny Mercer Gender: Male Age: 24 Race: Human Appearance: Johnny stands at the height of 6'2". Brown hair, blue-green eyes. He wears an ebony chestpiece made from dragon scales and slightly armored black jeans. Under the chestpiece, Johnny wears a slightly armored, black short-sleeved shirt. He also wears two gloves with cables built into the wrists for grappling and armored boots with built-in technology allowing him to access the Flow, enabling him to become more agile and move incredibly fast. Job Class: Knight Clan: While not technically born of any clan, Johnny sides with the Technos. Weapon: Johnny wields a greatsword he refers to as Excalibur. Excalibur is made of an unbreakable metal and can transform into various weapons, such as an axe, a lance, a bow and a rifle. Excalibur can also disrupt some magicks, but cannot fully deflect them. Personality: Having grown up with the stories of Arthur and the Knights of the Round, Johnny developed into a noble man, who cares for all people and seeks to do the right thing. Johnny is also light-hearted and often times cocky in his abilities. However, Johnny can and will fight dirty when it comes down to it. Bio: Once a member of the Knights of the Order opposing the tyrannical Union of Territories, Johnny was cast into the world below, where he met Jaina Nova, the love of his life. Together, the two fought the Union as they searched for his father, who assisted him in destroying the Union once and for all. Then, being captured by a time traveler, Johnny entered a strange corner of the world where he fought against the machinations of the time traveler. Afterwards, Johnny drifted into various alternate universes, and he has now found himself on Orbis, in the city Aquila. Spells: Johnny knows several spells, but is limited to minor offensive Fire magicks, defensive Ice and Wind magicks, and healing magicks. (The spelling is important. Johnny pronounces magic with an emphasis on the K sound on the C) Powers: Johnny can tap into other people's memories to copy techniques or to force them to remember something, potentially causing extreme mental anguish. Using the Flow, Johnny can move at an accelerated rate. Extra: Johnny is accompanied by a fairy named Taybor, who knows many various magicks. Tay stands at about two inches tall, has brown hair with green streaks, and her clothes are made of leaves. Name: Willow Palepike Gender: Female Age: 19 Race: Human Appearance: Willow has dirty blonde hair and freckles. She wears commoner clothes as she was not able to afford armor before leaving for Aquila. Job Class: Dragoon/Lancer Clan: Medievals Weapon: Spear and shield Personality: Willow is very happy-go-lucky in nature, and has a good moral fiber. She is very honest and quite naive. Bio: Willow grew up in a village about a day's walk from the city walls of Aquila. Working with her father on her farm, Willow was one day amazed at the Dragon Knights flying overhead. Ever since then, Willow started training with a retired Dragon Knight to one day join their ranks. Now that she has come of age and finished her training to be a Dragoon, Willow makes her way to Aquila to realize her dream of becoming a Dragon Knight. Spells: Willow has limited knowledge of Ice, Thunder and Wind spells. She cannot cast them yet, but she actively tries to realize her magic potential. Powers: As a result of her Dragoon training, Willow can jump to incredible heights and has precise balance on the ground and aim in the air.

Ok, I'm gonna try my best to explain the story thus far. Elsa and Lisa travel through a portal and appear in the middle of Sanctuary (location of Cornelia) shortly after the warriors are summoned. It is apparent to Johnny and the Warrior of Light that Elsa was not summoned by Cosmos. Meanwhile, Corrin, Magus, Xion, and Terra secretly leave, not wanting to be part of Chaos' war. Ruddy joins them, motives unknown. Xathnan projects his voice to Sanctuary, threatening Elsa and Lisa. Johnny rounds up a party consisting of Aqua, Link, Lightning (who also had a mysterious appearance similar to Elsa), Mog, Ace and Elsa. Lisa is left in the care of Cosmos and the Warrior. In Melmond, Xathnan, Kefka and Garland form a tentative alliance to fight the warriors of Cosmos. Johnny's party walks to Melmond, gaining Gau, but Lightning charges into Melmond blindly, resulting in the fight going poorly. Xathnan summons his Bahamut, and Elsa is KO'ed. Noel appears and Johnny tells him to retreat back to Sanctuary with her. Locke joins the fray. Bahamut prepares Gigaflare and nukes Melmond. Johnny manages to save all the warriors, and the party splits. Locke and Gau stay at the Western Keep, battling Humbaba. Meanwhile, Caius and Schala have watched the fight and Caius tries to get Schala to bend to his will and fight. Gabranth appears in Sanctuary and fights the Warrior. Noel joins the battle against Gabranth, but Elsa comes to and attacks Gabranth with a Gaster Blaster. Gabranth leaves peacefully. Ventus appears in Sanctuary, crashing his glider. Meanwhile, Corrin and his group have discovered Exdeath's portal at the Rift. Elia, the White Mage, comes upon them and helps Corrin destroy the portal, resulting in a huge loss in Manikin numbers. Terra and Elia fly to Cosmos' domain while Corrin and the rest walk on foot, all now branded traitors. Johnny, Aqua, Lightning, Mog, and Link walk to Elfheim, where they try to regroup and gather supplies. Johnny gets summonstones for the rest of the party. Johnny tells Lightning she acted recklessly in Melmond and this does not sit well. After landing at Whisperwind Cove, Terra and Elia are attacked by Garland, who uses some of Terra's darkness to create Xehanort from a manikin. Xehanort leaves in search of his chosen rival, but not before Hector shows up and questions him. Hector states that if Xehanort harms any apart from his chosen rival, he will answer to Hector. The Emperor and Xemnas are sent by Chaos to deal with Elia and Terra and the gathering warriors at Elfheim. Xathnan, Caius and Schala are sent to deal with the other traitors, who are now at Lufenia. Lufenia is under attack by Draksis, a dark spirit. Corrin and his party start to do battle with him. Ace appears in Lufenia, drawn there by Golbez, and joins the fight against Draksis. Meanwhile, Genesis and Sora appear in Sanctuary, and Genesis senses Draksis. Lisa grabs a Teleport Stone and is transported to Lufenia. Noel, Ven, Elsa and Genesis leave for Lufenia, leaving Sora behind. Xehanort attacks Elfheim, attempting to draw out his rival, who is revealed to be Johnny. The two begin their battle. The Emperor attacks Hector, who teleports Terra and Elia to Elfheim. Xemnas attacks Elfheim, trapping Lightning, Mog, Aqua and Link. Johnny summons Odin to free them and distributes summonstones. Lightning gets Odin, the others are yet unrevealed. Seeing that they cannot win, Johnny summons the Genie, who sends Xehanort to Lufenia and Xemnas elsewhere. Johnny and his group meet with Terra and Elia, who tell them about the other traitors. Meanwhile, Xehanort summons a manikin of Sora and prepares to bring back Vanitas using Ventus, Corrin and Elsa, with a hint of Draksis' darkness. Johnny wishes his group to Lufenia, following Xehanort, where Laguna, Squall and Gabranth have also shown up. Vanitas is created and Johnny's group battles him and Xehanort, while Genesis, Link, Magus and Ruddy fight Draksis. Link and Genesis get wary of Ruddy after Ruddy tries to broker a deal with Draksis. Vanitas passes out after using too much power and Xehanort retreats with him to Kefka's Tower. Schala meets up with Magus, and Magus starts to fight Caius. Xathnan meets Ruddy and he decides to betray Chaos. Lightning runs away to the Mirage Sandsea, not wanting to fight anymore. A girl named Serena shows up, trying to run away from someone... Johnny's group meets Corrin's group, but the reunion for some is interrupted by Draksis, still ready to fight. Caius retreats with Schala, and Magus pursues him back into Chaos' domain. Corrin, Xion and Serena retreat to Sanctuary as Johnny, Terra, Aqua, Ven, Mog, Link and Ruddy fight Draksis. Xathnan teleports away to Cosmos' domain. Genesis flies after Lightning Noel, Elsa and Lisa use the teleport stone to escape, and appear in the Lifespring Grotto, where they meet mermaids. Elsa is rude to them, causing the mermaids to attack them. Xathnan and Cosmos talk and Cosmos sends Xathnan to save Noel and Elsa. Elsa is shocked at Xathnan and runs away, ending up attacking a vision of Cosmos with a Gaster Blaster. Xathnan and Noel confirm Xathnan's alliance, and Laguna and Squall meet up with Elsa, who has started to lose her mind a bit (she is a normal person in a weird fantasy world). Genesis brings Lightning to Sanctuary, and they meet Corrin, Serena, Xion and Sora. Draksis summons his dragon, and Johnny tries to fight a mental battle with Draksis. Draksis' backstory has parts explained. Schala escapes from Caius and teleports to Gau and Locke (hey, it's been a while!) Caius is sent after Schala, and Xemnas is sent after other warriors in Cosmos' domain, with the assistance of Xigbar. Xehanort and Vanitas are attacked by Kefka, Garland and the Warrior of Light. The fight does not go well, and the two retreat again. Kefka also now has Terra Branford under control. Elsa returns to Noel, forgives Xathnan and the trio go to Kefka's Tower. Magus learns of Garland's location before going to Sanctuary and telling Cosmos. Magus then goes to Kefka's Tower. Magus attacks Xathnan, not knowing of his changing sides, as the fight with Noel, Elsa, Xathnan vs Garland, Kefka and Terra Branford starts. Ven is sent away from the fight with Draksis by Aqua and appears in Sanctuary. Ganondorf appears in Cornelia, in pursuit of Serena. He comes to Sanctuary and Sora, Genesis, Ven, Lightning, Corrin and Xion stand to protect Serena. Mog summons Ramuh (not his summonstone, Mog brought Ramuh with him) and Ramuh uses Judgement Bolt to attack Draksis and his dragon. Johnny is caught in the blast. I think I got most of the major events thus far.

Yes, we're always accepting, just a few things for you.1) Don't play your character too overpowered, don't godmod.2) Follow and keep up with the main thread. Our last newbie posted for one day and didn't return.3) Characters need to fit a Final Fantasy/Kingdom Hearts setting to be accepted. ie. Johnny fits a FF7 theme, Draksis fits a FF4 theme, etc. Other Square characters can be accepted, as well as guest characters from other franchises (we've got Legend of Zelda and Fire Emblem), just okay them with me first before posting them here.Read up on the story so far (I can make a TL;DR version if you need it) and have fun!

~Johnny, Lufenia~Expecting some sort of immediate retaliation from Draksis, Johnny was surprised when Mog shouted at him.Reacting poorly to the warning, Johnny was hit by the blast as he tried to get out of the way, and was sent sprawling afterwards.Johnny's muscles weak from the lightning bolt, he could only look to Draksis and hope that the attack did something, otherwise...This would not end well.~Garland and Cosmos, Kefka's Tower~Xathnan's attack had pushed Garland into the Warrior's blade, but the sword glanced off Garland's armor.Garland laughed at the Warrior, who was now face to face with him, "Pitiful fool. I've grown much stronger since we last met. I am not the weak knight you fought before. I am something much greater than that!" Garland's sword turned into an axe and Garland swung at the Warrior, turning to face Xathnan, "You lie only to yourself. You followed Chaos before, willingly. It is your inherent weakness of compassion and empathy that is your undoing!" Garland's sword-axe now turned into its lance form and Garland charged forward.A mirage appeared before Magus, in the shape of the goddess, "What Elsa says is true. Xathnan is not our enemy any longer. He is now the same as you, great Magus..." The mirage quickly disappeared, allowing the ongoing fight to continue.~Corrin, Sora, and Lightning, Sanctuary~Corrin stood in front of Cosmos and Serena, ready to protect both of them from the Demon King.Sora was thrown off a bit by Ganondorf's entrance, "Who are you talking about?" He stopped to think for a second, "Maleficent! You know Maleficent?"Lightning too stepped forward, ready to fight the dark figure, "Who's that?"Sora didn't look over to Lightning, opting instead to summon his Keyblade and stand ready for an attack, "A few years ago, she tried to kidnap my friend and use the Heartless to take over all the worlds. I stopped her but...how does this guy know her?"Lightning still stood ready, "I don't know, but I don't think we're going to get the chance!"~Xemnas, Midgar Ruins at the Western Keep~Xemnas had arrived at the ruined city that stood south of Melmond.The light he sensed had continued to the west, but he also sensed a great presence."Garland..." Xemnas said, scowling. He then perked up as he sensed the other presences in the vicinity. "Xathnan...and the mother. Perfect." Xemnas turned to Xigbar, "It seems we may have a chance to turn this war on its head. Shall we crash the party?"

Good grief indeed. The animation is so stilted and the camera is moving in such weird angles. This video could be done so much better to play up the comedy.

I dunno, I feel like Reinhardt is almost entirely attack-based (or maybe that's just how I play him). I use the shield usually to defend the payload or to help my teammates stay out of the line of fire

(It's time for Johnny to go EX Burst!)~Johnny and Elia, the White Mage, Lufenia~Watching the battle continue, Johnny noticed two things.1) Aqua had been knocked out.2) Draksis was now consumed by some sort of mirage.Johnny had to act fast, his time in the armor was about over.Johnny turned to the White Mage, "Check on Aqua. I'm not sure how she is. I'll try to distract Draksis a bit longer."Elia held her staff beside her, "Let me help your strength first." She lifted the staff in the air, "Protect! Bravery!"After that, Johnny dashed toward Draksis and hit him square in the chest before clicking his heels, turning the Flow back on."I'm feeling a Flair coming on!" Johnny shouted as his eyes emitted a yellow glow.He dashed again at Draksis, slashing about with his sword, a technique he borrowed from his friend, Luke.Stopping to turn and dashing again, he dealt several mighty blows from his fists directly in the metal armor, utilizing the strength of his father.Dashing around the man now, Johnny turned Excalibur into its bow form and fired several shots at Draksis.Johnny finished the attack with a mighty slash at Draksis, before his armor fell off.Johnny was now vulnerable to Draksis' foul darkness, with the Protect spell offering him minor protection.Elia had spent that time borrowed from Johnny's attack to run to Aqua and casted minor healing spells to her. Aqua had definitely been knocked out. Perhaps Johnny's attack could allow Elia to move Aqua somewhere safer until she could awake.Elia began to lift the girl and drag her inside the castle.~Cosmos, Sora, Corrin, and Lightning, Sanctuary~(I'll say yes, only that Cornelia Castle is not there, and Sanctuary lies south of the city)Cosmos shook her head, "I am afraid I cannot ascertain their exact location. There is a great cloud around them, but Noel and Xathnan are both there, to the west confronting two of them. The other..." Cosmos gasped. "The other is nearby."Corrin shook his head at the boy, "I am afraid not. She, like you, is an anomaly in this world."Sora looked to Xion, "It's weird, Xion. He looks like Roxas and sounds like Roxas. He's so familiar to me, but I have no idea who he is." Upon hearing of the Chaos warrior nearby, Sora ran up to Serena, "Sounds like that guy who's after you!" Sora looked to the other warriors around him, "C'mon! We gotta hurry and stop him!"Lightning chuckled, "Typical hot-head hero. No thanks. I'll stay and protect your friend."~Garland, Kefka's Tower~Garland laughed at the party of three that had just arrived, "Three warriors from Melmond have returned to face me again!" Garland's attention turned to Xathnan, "Only one of them has returned a traitor." His attention then turned to the maiden, Elsa, "And the one who came and bears no side in this war has come to me again! You shall be a fine servant to my lord, Chaos!" Garland raised his sword over his head, ready for battle, "I, Garland, will knock you all down!"~Xemnas, overlooking Elfheim, in transit to the Western Keep~Xemnas looked over the landscape, trying to think of where the maiden Schala could be.His thoughts turned to a slight presence to the west, a small light lingered.A path he could follow right to the traitorous maiden.Xemnas turned to his ally as he flew forward, off the mountain and to the west, "Follow me. I sense something that could be of note."

~Xemnas, Mt. Gulg, overlooking Elfheim~Xemnas stepped out of the dark corridor and saw the town he had previously attacked."No sign of the warriors of Cosmos..." Xemnas stated to his comrade. "Should we descend and move to the east?"~Johnny and Elia, the White Mage, Lufenia~(Pardon my writing for the characters from Draksis' backstory. I'll explain it as Johnny's own memories muddying his experience with Draksis')Johnny tucked and rolled after his attack, getting ready to launch himself at Draksis again.And then he slipped into another memory.The four had taken to the next village's tavern to research the dark creatures. The people before didn't know anything, maybe these people did.The lancer sat to the right, Redhead sat to the left, and the mage sat at a table to the far side of the tavern.Johnny looked to the left and smiled, "Let's hope this doesn't that too long, eh?"Redhead smiled back, "Right? I'd much rather get some answers now and enjoy myself afterwards."Lancer jabbed Johnny in the side with his elbow, "Keep yourself together, man. We're here on business, not pleasure."Johnny was about to talk back, but he was interrupted by the bartender approaching them."What can I get for you masters? Drink of ale? A bite to eat?""How about some answers?" Johnny said, picking up a book he had open on the table. He showed the bartender a picture of the dark creature, "We're looking for these things. We need any information you have. Past sightings, any insight on where they come from, the like."The bartender was taken aback by the question and thought to himself for a moment. This caused the mage to come over to their table.The bartender finally collected his thoughts, "In the center of the forest, there is a cave the people refer to as the 'Cave of Death'. I will warn you of this; anyone who's gone in has never come back out."The mage scoffed at this, "Impossible. Someone must have back out, especially if you've already sent someone in who was prepared."The bartender looked over to the mage, "We did. You've heard of the hero Thunder Edge?"Johnny jumped out of his seat, "The one who felled no less than seven dragons?""The same. He went in and didn't come back."The four exchanged looks at each other.The mage shook his head, "We should stop seeking this. If a man who felled a dragon couldn't do it, how can we?""I'm not sure I agree," said the lancer. "I mean, it does seem dangerous, but we promised those guys earlier.""So?" the mage responded. "It's practically suicide. We're better off abandoning this now and saving ourselves the trouble."Johnny looked over to Red, "What about you? You've been quiet this whole time."Red looked over, "I think we should go. Maybe we stand a better chance as a group. Thunder Edge was one man with one skillset. We're four with vastly different skills. We should do it."Johnny stood up, "I agree. Someone has to try. What if this only gets worse by our inaction? What if the creatures start spreading like wildfire? I won't have it. We can try to fight them, and we should. It's our job and our duty."The group gathered their things and headed to the blacksmith for any gear they might need.Johnny snapped back, only to see Draksis attempt a punch covered with dark energy.Johnny tried to dodge, but could not completely get out of the way of the blow.Johnny was sent flying by the attack, breaking through the walls of the castle, where he saw the gears and machinery turning.Elia rushed up to his side, "Cure! Regen!" She leaned Johnny up, who was still very sore from crashing through the wall."Agh, this guy..." Johnny said, tearing off his helmet to rub his neck."We should get out of here," Elia said. "Count our losses, gather our strength..."Johnny put his hand on her shoulder, bringing himself back up to stand, "Not a chance. I won't let this place suffer the same fate as Melmond. I'll fight Draksis until I fall over." Johnny returned the helmet to its place, and got back into a battle-ready stance.~Sora, Corrin, and Lightning, Sanctuary~ Sora smiled at Xion and Serena when he heard someone behind him. The voice sounded very familiar."Roxas?"Sora dashed up to the newcomer, "Hey, are you ok?"Corrin responded to Genesis, "We've all had to do some things we regret later. It's what makes us human." Corrin's attention was then diverted to the newcomer, "Who's this?"Lightning glanced over and saw him, "Isn't that one of the people from Lufenia?"Corrin was shocked, "Lufenia?" Corrin looked closer and realized that he knew the boy, "Ven! What happened?"Sora looked over at Corrin, "His name is Ven?" Sora thought to himself, So he's not Roxas. Then why does he seem so familiar?~Exdeath, The Rift at the Mirage Sandsea~Exdeath's spirit had returned to his body after being disrupted following the explosion of the gateway. Above him now stood Magus, one of the traitors.Exdeath gave a dark, hearty laugh and began to speak, "They have both passed out of the Land of Discord. They are both now in the domain of Cosmos. Beyond that, I know not where either of them are."

Yeah, those and the two Amazing Spider-Man movie games. Not saying they were bad, but they weren't the Arkham City of Spider-Man

Crash is in Skylanders no matter what. He's going to be a PS4 exclusive like Donkey Kong and Bowser were in Superchargers

So, as you may have heard from E3, CRASH IS BACK. They're remastering the original PS1 trilogy for PS4 from the ground up. Now, as I recently bought all the Crash Bandicoot games (I'm obsessed, I know), there's a few things I'd like to see changed or kept. Each game keeps its own physics. I say this mostly because each game's levels are based around Crash's specific controls and physics within each game. As easy as it would be to just give Crash his controls and physics from Crash 2 (best controls and physics ever), Crash 1 only needs some tightening up on controller delay and the slippery controls. Fix the save system for Crash 1. Anyone who's played Crash 1 knows how terrible the save system is (you have to not die in a level and break every box). So I propose two options: either allow saving from the world map or allow us to die and still get a gem at the end of the level. Keep the original voiceovers IF YOU CAN. The original voice acting for Crash 1 and 2 were fantastic. Crash 1 had only a few lines of dialogue that should be redone (it's all done by one guy and Clancy Brown's Cortex from 2 was SO much better). But I do realize some of that audio may not have the right quality needed for PS4. I'd love to see Lex Lang (the most recent voice actor for Cortex) and the other modern voice actors (minus Tiny, cause Tiny is a massive brute and not Cartman) take their riffs on the original script and dialogue. If this remaster succeeds, bring back Spyro with a remaster. I love Spyro. Spyro was a great trilogy on PS1. It was honestly sad to see Crash come back in a big way while Spyro lives on life support from a game series he isn't really even in anymore (Skylanders, which Crash is also coming to). I say that if the demand is there for Crash's remaster, they should work out bringing his PS1 rival back as well. What do you guys think?

At least Bennox isn't developing the game. They've had too many opportunities to make the Spider-Man game to end all Spider-Man games, but have consistently fallen short.Here's hoping this game gets alternate costumes!

Not like Thor or any of the other Avengers would be able to go to other worlds either.Besides, what does Xehanort need to plan for anymore? He knows what the wielders of light are up to, he knows what he's going to do already. He has all his pieces on the board and ready to go, he's just waiting for Mickey and Yen Sid to make their move.

~Johnny and Elia, the White Mage, Lufenia~Johnny began to be afraid as he heard the armored man talk to him inside his head.That was when he saw something.He snapped into a memory.He saw a village, damaged by a raid of bandits.He had just chased them away.He called out to them, "Don't you dare come back? Do you hear me?"He turned around and saw the villagers come out of their homes, grateful for their saviour. "You did a fine job, lad! What can we ever do to repay you, great master?"Johnny saw his hand move in front of him as he shook his head, "Just a night at the inn and some food for the journey ahead is all I require."Johnny snapped back into reality, just a split second after he slipped into the memory."Draksis," Johnny began to say.That was when he caught Aqua's attack missing Draksis and heading towards him.Johnny thought fast.Twisting his leg, he caught Elia and rolled past the blow, deflecting whatever came their way. Rolling out of the dodge, Johnny swung Excalibur at Draksis, now caught off guard by Mog's attack.Johnny looked over to Elia, "Don't suppose you have anything heavier in your arsenal?"Elia readied a spell, "I can try." Elia ran up to Draksis, jamming her staff into the crack in his armor, trying to get it in as much as possible before the crack healed over."Holy!" Elia cried out before a massive explosion of light from her staff threw her back. She hit the ground hard, knocking the wind out of her.Johnny ran up next to her, "Are you alright?"Elia coughed, "Fine, just a bit bruised. Remind me to never do that again."Johnny stood over the White Mage, shield ready, as he continued to delve into Draksis' mind.There's more to him. I have to find it.~Garland, Kefka's Tower~Garland looked at the Warrior as he felt a dark presence reveal itself in the tower, "I will deal with you in a second." Not turning to address the new arrival, Garland recognized the presence immediately. "Hmmph. Ganondorf," Garland said, his voice cold. Of course, after all this, now the dark king decides to show up. "You finally decide to reveal yourself after the battle has finished. How typical of you." Garland turned towards the man, "I am sure that you have proven successful in your own pursuits, then? The boy in the green tunic and your precious maiden of light?"~Sora, Cosmos, Corrin, and Lightning, Sanctuary~Sora laughed at Serena, "No, Pluto isn't my dog. He belongs to King Mickey. We've shared a few adventures together."But what Xion had said had interested him most of all."Roxas?" he said, rushing towards her. "You know Roxas?" Taking another look at the girl's face, he recognized her, "I saw you, when I was trapped in my dream. I saw Namine, but then she was you." Sora shook off that thought, "Anyways, Roxas!"Cosmos looked to Genesis, "I know of only three so far that I did not summon. Elsa, Lightning and the one called Ventus."Corrin looked aside for a moment, "Strange. I thought only you and Chaos had warriors here. We must have a third party running around."Lightning rolled her eyes, "Great. And I thought my world was convoluted enough as it was. Now I'm here in a battle between two gods and some third force."Corrin nodded, "Well, I admit it wouldn't be the first time for me."~Laguna and Squall, northeast of Lifespring Grotto~Laguna and Squall had waited for a bit after Elsa had run off, but now Squall was getting restless."She's not coming back," Squall said, grabbing Laguna's shoulder and motioning to the east. "We should get going. We might make it to Sanctuary before night hits."Laguna, still looking off in the distance, could only respond with a tinge of sadness in his voice, "Yeah, alright. I just hope she knows what she's doing."
