(OK, the story's moving, I'm pushing Xemnas' attack and teleporting out Elia and Terra)~Elia, the White Mage, Base of Mt. Gulg~"Ugh, I'm going to be sick," Elia said, having been freshly teleported out of Whisperwind Cove. Whatever that gentleman Hektor did, it worked.Elia casted a small Regen spell on herself before casting another on Terra."Let's go. You should finish healing once we get there," Elia said, noting the smoke in the distance. Xehanort must be there.~Corrin, Lufenia~Corrin was glad to see the child react better to Xion than she did to him. Perhaps the Nohr armor didn't do too well for his 'nice' factor.His attention was quickly diverted back to the man in armor, who had recovered from Corrin's attack and had charged at him.Corrin tried his best to defend, but was thrown back by the shockwave the man emitted from his finisher. Thankfully, Corrin just skid across the ground, narrowly missing the corner of the castle."What kind of dragon are you?" the man bellowed."I am a dragon of Nohr!" Corrin shouted, standing back up and holding Yato out in front of him. He thought to his brothers and sisters, possibly smiling at his refusal to give up. He would keep fighting, but first...The sword.Corrin charged at the man, swinging hard at the man's sword. He had to break it. For everyone.~Lightning, Johnny and Xehanort, Elfheim~Whoever the man in the black coat was, he did not answer.Instead, he sent out an onslaught of thorns, seemingly from his coat.Lightning had tried to dodge them and cut them, but had gotten tangled in them.She was not doing well."Johnny!" she called out to her ally, still locked in combat. "We need some help."Johnny shoved Xehanort back with a mighty blow and looked at the situation. He tried to think of a way to help, but nothing was coming to mind.Then it hit him.The summonstones.Johnny reached into the pouch the Moogle gave him and pulled out a stone."ODIN!" he called out, holding the stone above his head. Johnny threw her the stone, then following with three more for Link, Aqua and Mog."Here! I forgot to hand them out!" Johnny called out before resuming his fight with Xehanort, who had just recovered."You think those things can truly help them?" Xehanort called out to Johnny, his left hand charging a dark attack."I think it worked pretty well," Johnny responded, raising his sword to meet the attack.Xehanort did not respond, instead opting to charge at Johnny. Xehanort's hand was deflected by Excalibur as Xehanort leaped over Johnny. The two turned to meet eyes again before colliding their blades once more."It doesn't matter what you do for them here," Xehanort taunted, putting the pressure on Johnny. "Once I leave, you will be forced to follow me, leaving them here to die."Johnny responded by firing a cable at Xehanort's keyblade and yanking, throwing him off balance, "Like hell, you're going anywhere."

1.0 seemed to me like they really knew what they were doing (aside from the Cars characters)

I'd like it if the Keyblades worked like they did in re:coded.No stat boosts, just different abilities you gradually unlock in your keyblade.

Dream Drop Distance had a god awful story, but fun gameplay.I bet KH3 will be the same.

~Corrin, Lufenia~Ruddy's spell had helped Corrin significantly. Corrin had just started to feel the effects of whatever this armored man was doing, so a boost of speed was helping him significantly.The sword. It reminded him of the sword King Garon gave him, the Ganglari. The sword that exploded and killed his mother...He had to do something about the armored man's sword."Fine," Corrin said, his helmet reappearing. "You asked for it!" At that moment, Corrin heard crying and some singing nearby. As he looked to the noise, he saw a small girl with what looked like a demon skull.Oh no. This just got a lot worse.

I don't know exactly what I'd like to see, but I'd like to see more crossover stuff going on in a Square/Disney crossover.

I'd like a new Spyro or Crash game.Heck, I'd adore a crossover reboot for the two.

~Johnny, Xehanort and Lightning, Elfheim~ Johnny and Xehanort had been locked in their combat for a good two minutes or so. This was no easy duel.Meanwhile, Link had just joined up with Mog, Aqua and Lightning. The newcomer in black would have a much more difficult fight.Lightning, seeing that the group had all been gathered, called out to the man in black, "You better be reconsidering your plan here. You're outnumbered. Give up and run away."Xehanort shoved Johnny back with his Keyblade, and Johnny jumped back to a wall, tapping into the flow to launch himself back at Xehanort.Anything he could do, Johnny could do too."Impressive," Xehanort said, his voice still completely calm. "You truly are my rival.""I've known better rivals than you," Johnny said, his fist cracking Xehanort in the face.~Corrin, Lufenia~ Corrin, narrowly managing to dodge Ace's beam attack as he was thrown back, opened his wings and soared up before coming back down on the man in armor. Transforming back mid-drop, Corrin pulled out the Yato and transformed his left arm into the lance form, plunging it into the man's armor."You won't stop me that easily!" Corrin called out, attacking with the Yato before jumping back. His attention was then diverted to the skies, where a massive dragon had appeared, carrying a boy and a girl on its back.This is not going to end well.~Elia, the White Mage, Whisperwind Cove~Elia held her staff to her side, stealing a slight glance at Terra. He was still healing but would need more time. Time they didn't have fighting the man in gold armor.Elia called out to Hektor, "Alright, send us to Xehanort. You take care of this man and then come to find us."

~Johnny, Xehanort and Lightning, Elfheim~Johnny and Light had only just deflected the dark onslaught Xehanort unleashed when they saw someone new enter the fray. A man in a black coat..."Who is this guy?" Lightning demanded."Someone not good," Johnny said, looked briefly at her and Aqua then back at Xehanort. "You two take the new guy, I take Xehanort!"Johnny ran up to Xehanort and the two clashed blades."This is the way destiny has decided our course, Johnny," Xehanort said, leaning in on Johnny.Johnny pushed back, "There's no mystical force controlling my destiny!" Excalibur transformed into its heavier 'Hammer' state as Johnny sought to throw the man off guard.The battle for Elfheim had begun, and Johnny was not going to lose.~Corrin, Lufenia~The blow had sent Corrin flying at a nearby wall. The flames had hurt, but they weren't designed specifically for dragons.Good, Corrin thought, dismissing his sword and clutching his dragonstone again. He transformed into his dragon form and ran back up to the warrior."Is that the best you've got?" Corrin said as he slashed the man with blows from his wings and claws.~Elia, the White Mage, Whisperwind Cove~Elia stepped up next to Terra, "Not a chance. You're coming with us. I'm not leaving you alone against him!" She turned her attention to the man in golden armor, clearly a ruler of some kind, "You, sir. Begone with you now, elst you should face the power of my light!" She stamped her staff in front of her, caused a small explosion of light, and then secretly unsheathed her Mage Masher.

~Corrin, Lufenia~Corrin began to get angry. How soon had his treachery been known? Had Chaos been given word and now he was sending every warrior he had?Corrin pocketed his Dragonstone. This man would fight by the sword. Better to figure out how the warrior's sword affected him."Fine. If you wish to fight..." Corrin said, his hands grasping his sword even tighter, readying himself for combat. Corrin's dragon helmet appeared, and he charged at the warrior, "...then let your sword speak for yourself!"~Elia, the White Mage, Whisperwind Cove~Elia looked up to the man who had entered the cave. She had seen him briefly appear before going after Xehanort. She stood Terra up, having him lean on her, using her staff as leverage."My name is Elia," she said, attempting a small curtsey before again adjusting Terra. "You know where he went? Do you have a fast way to get there?"

~Johnny, Xehanort and Lightning, Elfheim~Xehanort's attention turned briefly to Aqua as she got next to Johnny, ready to fight. He smiled, "Aqua, my dear friend. You're looking just fine."Johnny looked over to Aqua and reached his hand out to her, grabbing the hand holding her Keyblade, "Aqua...if you need to, run."Lightning lined up on the other side of Johnny and pulled out her gunblade, "What the hell is this guy?"Johnny looked over to Lightning, "Darkness incarnate, it seems. It's weird, the vibe I get in his mind..."Light looked over briefly, "What do you mean?""It's like two radio frequencies playing at the same time. I see Terra in there, but I also see...Garland?"Xehanort laughed at the trio lined up before him, "Precisely, my dear Johnny. This is why you must be my destined rival. I am Terra, and yet, I am not."Johnny looked back to Link and Mog, "Get people out of this town. This may get messy!"Xehanort lifted his Keyblade and began to charge a blast of darkness, "Prepare yourself for true darkness!"

Fixed. ~Corrin, outside the castle at Lufenia~ Corrin looked at the man holding his hand towards his sword, which was still seeping darkness. "I don't know what you're talking about," Corrin said, one hand holding his dragonstone, the other holding the Yato. "I am a warrior of Chaos, the same as you. There are no warriors of Cosmos here." Corrin watched as the man's armor began to seep the darkness, "Why are you doing this? Why do you poison the land?" ~Xehanort, the mountains above Whisperwind Cove~ "Indeed," Xehanort remarked. This man thought he could stop him? Another fool. "I cannot guarantee the safety of those who step between me and my rival. As for you, do not deny your role in the cycle. We were all summoned to fight. That alone is our purpose here." His attention turned to the erupting mountain nearby. A suitable fighting ground for a second duel. He did not intend to kill his rival right away, his rival must prove his worth. But until then, he must go forth and search. A dark portal opened up and Xehanort went through. The time had come. Destiny was calling. ~Johnny, Elfheim~ Johnny noted the presence had gotten significantly closer as a dark shadow appeared. Whatever the presence was, it had arrived. A man appeared from the shadow, dressed in armor and cape, carrying a weapon similar to Aqua and Terra's. "I have come to seek my rival," the man said, scanning the crowd. His eyes passed Johnny before they snapped back to him. "YOU." the man said, raising his blade to Johnny. "Our destinies are intertwined. You are my destined rival." The man assumed a combat-ready position, "My name is Xehanort. It is the last name you will ever learn." Johnny grabbed Excalibur and got himself in a defensive stance. This Xehanort would not easily fall, but neither would Johnny. "I am Johnny Mercer, and I don't give a rat's ass about your destiny!" (Will post Elia as soon as Yessie posts with Terra)

I'm calling an immediate rewind to this post. Everything that has happened since post #323 is irrelevant. To recap what is going on right now at THIS point. Sora is in Sanctuary, approaching Elsa, Ven, Noel and Genesis. Xehanort is making his way to Elfheim. Elia, Terra and Hektor are still at Whisperwind Cove. Johnny, Aqua, Link, Mog and Lightning are gathering at the center of Elfheim, figuring out what they're going to do about the dark presence (Xehanort). Corrin and Magus are confronting Draksis in front of Ultimecia's Castle in Lufenia. Xion and Ruddy are inside Ultimecia's Castle. Xathnan, Caius and Schala are making their way to Lufenia to confront the traitors (Corrin, Terra, Xion, Magus and Ruddy). Xemnas and the Emperor are being sent to Cosmos' territory to find Terra and confront the warriors at Elfheim. The Warrior of Light has just disengaged combat with Kefka to make his way to Elfheim. Garland has disappeared after giving Xehanort life.

~Xehanort~ Whisperwind Cove"If you wish to follow me to my rival, you can," Xehanort said, slowly lowering his blade to the man who had trapped him. "But my struggle is not with you. We shall fight and see who is the stronger between us. He will slay me, or I will slay him. Those are the rules of this battlefield."~Johnny~ Elfheim"Yeah, I felt it, Aqua," Johnny said. "Do you know what it is? Have you seen whatever it is yet?"Light began to scoff, "Are you really getting concerned over some change in the wind."Johnny shook his head, "It's much more than just a change in the wind. It's something else entirely. Like something was brought to this world that was never meant to be."~Corrin~ Lufenia Corrin ran up to Xion, "What is it? What's wrong?" He suddenly began to feel something too. Something close to him."Everybody hold up," he said. "I'm going outside to take a look."As Corrin went outside, he saw a man in massive armor standing by a sword in the ground. The sword itself began to seep darkness."You there! Are you responsible for the dark presence?"~Elia, the White Mage~ Whisperwind Cove"Right," she said, standing up and getting her gear situated. "You seem to know who this guy is. Where would he go next? What do you think he meant by someone else nearby?"

"I can only feel his presence, I know not who he may be yet," Xehanort said. "I will not wander, I know where he is. I need only find him. As for my creator, he vanished shortly after I was created. You would be better off searching the Land of Discord for him." "Yeah, and it didn't feel good," Johnny said, briefly addressing the moogle before again looking towards the mountains to the east. "Whatever that was, it better not be heading this way." Johnny looked back at the moogle, "We need to get the rest of our group together. Whatever that is, it's not going down easy."

"To find and fight a rival worthy of me," Xehanort scoffed, his attention diverted back to the intruder. "Do you honestly think I desired my creation? That I had secretly sat in that boy's heart, waiting to be unleashed? I am a product of the oaf, Garland, and as such, I am destined to find my rival in this world and do battle with him."(This Xehanort's slowly turning into Ultron) (I'll give them something to do)Chaos addressed the two who had appeared before him, "You two shall choose between two distinct tasks. The first among these is to take care of a traitor, who has allied with a warrior of Cosmos. He seeks to run away, but he is weak now. One of you will deal with him. The other..." Chaos looked away and to the distance, "...will take care of a disturbance. A great gathering is taking place in Elfheim, a castle town where Cosmos' forces are beginning to gather. They should be quelled."

Xehanort raised his Keyblade, "What has been done cannot be undone." Xehanort began to aim the blade at the man's chest, "In fact, you'd be better off asking the man who made me to reverse it. Chaos' power is not easily revoked." Xehanort turned in the direction of the warrior he sought, to the west, "In fact, my purpose is far from being fulfilled."

Corrin addressed Ace after Ruddy had introduced himself and the Moogle appeared, "We have a Chaos warrior on our tail. We'd like all the help we can get." Elia grabbed Terra and began a Healing spell, "No, you are not fine. Come here. Let me help." She began to stroke the man's hair trying to calm him down, "Please, for both our sakes. You heal now, we get this Xehanort guy later, alright?"------------Johnny had just finished up with the Moogle shop keeper, having traded some items for quite a few summonstones, when he felt a massive presence overwhelm him.All worlds begin in darkness.... "What was that?" Johnny said, clutching his chest. He looked to his shoulder for his fairy, "Did you feel that?""Yeah," Taybor responded, clutching her head. "It's like a massive cold just spread across the land."Johnny got very concerned, "We need to warn the others. FAST."Johnny ran down the street, grabbing Lightning and searching for Aqua in the direction she went.

We just need Scrap and Superior to start posting, then things start getting really interesting.

(The Terra manikin became Xehanort)Xehanort let out a small laugh, "You understand nothing, do you? You are not strong enough to be worthy of my attention. But there is another nearby..." Xehanort began to walk past Terra and Elia.Elia got down on the ground next to Terra, "Oh goodness, are you hurt? Do you need healing?" She got her staff ready to go.

Garland blocked the attack, "Fine then, Terra. If you refuse the power of Chaos, then someone will accept it!" The red crystal Terra appeared from behind Garland, "Behold! An imitation of you! But given the power of darkness and the power of Chaos..." Garland reached out, extracting some of the darkness inside Terra. Aiming it back at the manikin, Garland unleashed it. A small explosion came from the cave. The smoke began to clear. The manikin was gone. In its place, stood a man with grey hair. "All worlds begin in darkness..." Terra's voice came from the man. "...and they must all so end." The voice grew deeper as the man began to turn around, as armor began to form on his body, taking after Terra's design. "The heart is no different. Darkness sprouts within it, grows, consumes it. Such is its nature." The man's face had been looking down, now began to look at Terra. The man's eyes turned from Terra's deep blue into a bright yellow and the man smiled, "In the end, every heart will return to darkness from whence it came!" The man summoned a Keyblade, a dark creation of twisted imagination, "Darkness is the heart's true essence!" Elia again jumped in front of Terra, "What manner of monster have you created, Garland?" The man looked the mage straight in the eyes, "I am no monster you could ever defeat. I am darkness incarnate. I am..." He stole a quick glance at Terra and gave a twisted smile, "Xehanort reborn."

Xehanort is also a master of the darkness, using it to create dark corridors and using it as a weapon. He is also able to use the darkness to possess objects or manikins.

Corrin smiled. Another warrior of Cosmos had accepted them. It began to dawn on him exactly what kind of a person Cosmos was. She was no monster like Chaos or even Garon. She was a kind soul, who welcomed others, if her warriors were anything to go by."It was us, yes. Specifically me and a Mage summoned by Cosmos," Corrin said, stepping forward to meet the boy. "My name is Corrin, of Nohr. Might I ask yours?" As the two got off, Elia began to recognize the place."I know this place," she said. "My allies and I once fought a few villains from another world here.""And it is where you will fight more," a voice called out from the depths of the cave."Who goes there?" Elia said, her staff lighting up and held out.A dark armored figure emerged from the darkness. Garland."So, Terra, you now travel alongside a warrior of the light," Garland said, ignoring the mage before him."Garland! What are you doing here? I thought we defeated you!" Elia cried out, reaching for her hammer."In a manner, you did," Garland said, finally addressing the mage. "But my story did not end there." He turned towards Terra once more, "You continue to deny the power inside you, as you always have and always shall! I shall show you the true power you could wield if you only gave in!"------------Johnny and Light decided to travel through the town, as everyone else had gone their own ways. Johnny specifically was looking for someone who knew more about the summonstones. Lightning just wanted the company."No leads in there," Johnny said, stepping away from another shop keeper."You'd figure that you'd learn by now," Lightning snarked, looking away. "You've been at this for an hour, looking for someone who knows something about those stones."Johnny nudged her ever so slightly as he moved down the road, "You never know, Light. Some people surprise you in life." Johnny turned slightly to Lightning as he walked down the market street, "Especially you."Lightning got a bit offended and ran up next to Johnny, "What does that mean?"Johnny stopped her in her tracks, "I'm just saying that a soldier like you would have known better than to run in headfirst without a strategy."Light was taken aback, "What?""You lost major points with all of us back there. Your reckless actions almost cost all of us our lives.""It was better than waiting for all of you to get serious about the threat!"Johnny began to get angry at Light, "Don't think that I don't take any fight I'm in seriously. I know how dangerous this whole war is. I will make sure everyone here dies after me. I know what I'm fighting for..." Johnny began to walk away, "...and I'm pretty sure I know what you're fighting for, too."Lightning could only stand there in disbelief. Do I really know what I'm fighting for? What was I going to Melmond for, anyway?Johnny walked down past more and more stalls before he saw a Moogle's shop. He just knew they had to have some sort of summonstone."Excuse me," Johnny said as he walked up to the stall. "I was wondering if you knew anything about this." He placed Ifrit's stone on the table before him.A moogle flew up to him, "Kupo! Kupo! Do you know what you've got there?""It's a summonstone, right?""Kupo! Have you used it yet?""Yeah, I was wondering if you had any more or knew where to find more.""I'll be right back, kupo!"
