I just finished the final episode and going back to Aqua's quest I noticed that MF was able to fight when I did not be Vanitas spirit, which is required. Has this happen to any of you?

Reversal might be right. There is a main island off from destiny island. BUT.... In kingdom hearts 2 you can see kairi coming home probaly from school. If she was from twilight town haner and gang would know her but they don't as they said in a scene from KH 2. In a glitch in KH 2 you can access the place off of destiny island from I believe twilight town

I think Nomura is adding every bit of detail in the KH series, which is good in many ways. But, Next thing you know he will have three more games of what happened after BBS.

It has to be after KH but before KH 358/2 days.
