Pachirisu had bolted away and searched for Raikou. He lay in a pile of rubble. Pachirisu used Magnet Rise on Raikou and lifted him out of the rubble, placing him on the beach. Raikou rose from the ground, battered and beaten. He rushed at Winston with a roar of thunder and crashed into him. Flying after the attack, he landed next to Sarah.
