My last attack was a stylish appeal whose point was to show off my Staraptor while your Pokemon couldn’t do anything. Because it’s a contest battle, it scored me just enough points to win.” He showed her his Pokegear. Remus had 3/8 of his points, but Sarah had 5/16 of her points left. “I had more when time was called, so I won. However, if the smoke would have cleared seconds sooner, and your Pokemon were seen shining with Protect, you may have won. You’re Pokemon are top notch. That was a great battle.” Remus extended his hand to shake Sarah’s.

She charged forward at Xehanort to slash, but he leaped out of the way. ---------------------------------------- “Regardless, he won’t be able to properly prepare,” Drex said. ”And by the point he’s anyway near ready, the odds will be greatly in our favor. He’ll fall into rage and bear the X blade, which shall be his own undoing.

They positioned themselves on opposite sides of the targets. “Whirlwind and Silver Wind!” Beautifly’s attack hit first, but then Staraptor’s swept the dust from the Silver Wind into a mini tornado. “Flash and Aerial Ace!” Beautifly’s flash illuminated the dust, making it unseeable for Sarah’s Pokemon. Staraptor dissappeared into the tornado. 3 “Now!” The tornado ceased and Staraptor stood floating in the middle of it, shining brillantly. 1! “That’s time!” Remus shouted. He looked at his Pokegear. He hoped that the mini appeal would hurt Sarah’s points, but he wasn’t sure if it was enough. Who had more points?
