I own Crisis Core for PSP, and my sister took FF9 and FF8 with her to Colorado (She got MARRIED), and I haven't finished any of them.....but I know how each ends (including FF7) and I cried at all the endings.

Ahem, I think you should save up money and get BOTH games and see which you like bestest. Personally, I've never played FF13, but I own Crisis Core, and I'm IN LOVE WITH IT. My sister first got me hooked when I was, like, 4. I used to watch her play all her FF games (We own FF9, FF8, and now FF7:CC) and I was soooo interested. I still play them all the time and never get tired of them. So, I think you should get Crisis Core. It has an AWESOME story and HAWT guys, plus the characters have real emotions. I know that when I saw the end I cried!!
