Im crying because im forcing myself to eat
Shana09 repliedAs for the "I'm not hungry" part, if you're not hungry, that is the best time to stop. Eat 5 small meals each day. Breakfast, Lunch, Morning Snack, Lunch, Afternoon Snack and then Dinner. You don't have to eat a buffet and it does help you lose weight too.
Kirie repliedyeah ill try eating differnt food each day but ill just keep with the healthy food better because im very weak that I cant hold a spoon.
