  1. Okay as most of us know arleady, (and for those who don't: What are you wating for!?) A new Secret Ending was added to the HD cutscenes of Re:coded in 2.5 and there are some dissenting opinions on who one of the characters is. This scene takes place between the end of Re:coded and the beginning of 3D, as you can see by the presence of Lea and Isa and the fact that Ienzo is an adult. Now I want your opinions, is the person talking to Young Xehanort in this scene a time-displaced Braig from near the end of or sometime shortly after BbS or a reconstructed Xigbar after being being defeated in KH2? Some say it's Xigbar because it doesn't make sense for there to be two of the same character. Others say it's Braig because time travel. What about you? Personally, I'm in camp Braig. Not only does he have shorter hair with no streaks but even his face is younger here than it is in KH2 and 3D. If he was reconfigured, he should still have the same amount of age on his face. PS, Sorry if this has been postedbefore, but I don't think it's ever been a poll.
  2. I'm not really that excited becasue I can't read Japanese and it will take people a few days to upload a traslated video.
  3. There will always be a way to him to return unless he's shot in the head with a normal gun, but that might be too much. And woudl still involve destoying him.
  4. The Key to Return Hearts has been hinted to not be a Keyblade at all. And yes, he said it had the power to unlock hearts, but if a regular Keyblade can both lock and unlock, why wouldn't that one? Maybe it just depends on the intent of the weilder. Honestly it wouldn't make sense for a key not to be able to do both. And there's stil Namine, we know that she can destroy a whole bunch of memories at once, like she did with Riku Replica, and the shock of that causes the subject to loose conciousness. We also know from her conversation with Riku that she can lock memories away, never to return. Using both those powers, she could shatter Xehanort's chain of memories and immediatly lock them up so that they can't piece themseves together again, at the very least giving him permanent amnisia.
  5. How comfortable are you with teh Reincarnation theory? Becasue in order for your first idea to work, than that needs to be proven true. As for the second idea, I don;t see that as a possibility because he already intends to destroy the entire universe and remake it, he knows Kingdom Hearts whill go out of control, in fact, he's counting on it. There's no way to defeat him without destroying him or pulling a Deus ex Mahcina. Unless... Okay, so there might be one way. Keyblades can unlock things, but they can also lock things. We may be able to put a tight lock on Xehanort's heart, basically rendering him a comatose vegitable like Ven. But the only Keyblade we've seen thus far that can directly affect hearts is the Keyblade of Hearts, meaning we'd need the Princesses to give up their hearts. Or maybe Namine could do it with her power over memories.
  6. Thing is, we didn't kill him, he's never died. BbS he succeeded by taking over Terra KH we freed his heart KH2 we defeated his nobody, allowing him to return. We've never actually managed to destroy him as a human. As for TLA, while I loved the show, I'd rather avoid the use of such a Deus ex Machina, that's not creativity, it's a cop-out. Energy Bending was never mentioned or even hinted at until just before the final battle, right when they needed it. That's the literal definition of a Deus ex Machina. Maybe Sora doesn't destroy him, maybe he's destroyed by Kingdom Hearts itself, but he needs to be destroyed. They can't just take the power to wield a keyblade away from him, that's up to the Keyblade and if it hasn't left him yet, it's not going to, they can't banish him to another realm because he'll just find a way back, they can't lock him up somwhere because the keyblade can unlock any lock, they can't reason with him because he's a sociopath, and if he's consumed by his own darkness, he just becomes a heartless and the whole thig starts all over again.
  7. It would also be a Disney ending. They kill villains off all the time.
  8. I'm kind of curious to knwo how many people thing the Braig in teh Re:Coded HD secret Ending is from the past or the present.
  9. But as long as he exists, he's threat, and this is the last time he'll bother us. I doubt he going to give up, no matter what happens.
  10. IMO, Xehanort is a sociopath, I think Nomura might have mentioned it once sometime after 3D but I'm not sure. If that's true, there is no way to make him see the error of his ways because he's incapable of feeling guilt. No matter how detestable his actions he'll always feel like he's completly validated and justified, like it's his fundamental right to destory and manipulate anyone he wants to accoplish his goal. I don't think it was ever officially stated that they need to be defeated in a particular order.
  11. Thing is, they have hearts, they just didn't know it because Xemnas lied to them. As soon as they started making their own memories, their hearts formed. @topic. Sure death is great when it's emotional and meaningful, but the deaths in KH only served to futher Xehanort's plans. Sure it was emotional but it also kind of felt cheap, you knwo what I mean? Like there was no purpose aside from helping Xehanort. Personally, I consider it poetic justice for them to come back and help beat him for good.
  12. Yes, they can get confusing. That's why proper punctuation and spacing are important. Though admititly I probably should have used a colon after the 2.
  13. Two things we might finally find out in 0.2. 1. Why Mickey had to leave Aqua in the Realm of Darkness and 2. How he got the Twiligh Town card that brought him to Riku in CoM.
  14. 900 Jewel for a typo? Keep screwing up Square. No, seriously, keep it up. These free Jewels are great!
  15. Aww man. I don't have the money right now. I was gonna cancel my Amazon pre-order, but then I remembered PSN charged the full ammount immediatly. Amazon waits until they ship it.
  16. The KH art style seems a lot like the Digimon art styles, as a person gets older, their abnormally large hands and feet become more proportianate.
  17. Can't be, I've never been able to complete the Journals for that game becasue I ncan never complete the card collection (stupid Enemy card RNG)
  18. So, does anyone know if there are conditions to get the little poem at the end of Re;Com, becasue I just cleared it of beginner and I don't remember it popping up
  19. The Master of Masters represents Pride. It fits perfectly with the motif becuse Pride is considered to be the root cause of the other sins. Since it was the Master of Masters who made the others Masters, he fits the role. This also fits with the saying "Pride cometh before the fall" because he made the Apprentices Foretellers, the Foretellers started the war, an the war caused the world to "fall" into darkness. It's a stretch yes, but it's one that makes sense, at least in a way.
  20. The 5☆ version probably gives more EXP
  21. I really wouldn't care if it was liek the Leon or first Cloud fight in the first game. But to actually have to beat an enemy like this. Seriously, she never loosed health, the bar whittles down but she always has the same ammount of backup bars
  22. Grea. So besically it comes down to "get lucky"
  23. One DEF Boost I, Two DEF Boost IIs
  24. 4150. adn just when a DEF boost doesn't happen, but the OHKOs werent' happening this often when i didn't even have any DEF Boosts equipped.
  25. Great, now she's gettign all OHKOs
