What Razor said, Ven was a little too young to have the M.O.M Exam. Plus, Ven didn't have too much training experience like Terra and Aqua did. So he wasn't fully ready to take it yet. actually now that i think about it it was both cuz eraqus was afraid of him, and he was too young (not by a whole lot tho)
