What volume/arc are they at now? I've only been able to get the first book, but I loved it. I really need to get back on the light novels.

The farthest they've gotten is part-way through the Fairy Dance arc. The latest book is the Progressive, which goes back to the Aincrad arc.

Oh, alright. I thought they would have gotten on to Phantom Bullet by now. Guess I don't have that much catching up to do.

Yes. Improved hardware, better control options, and Xenoblade. I don't have one yet, but it's 100% worth it from what I've seen.

I love to read people's theory regarding the game. Some people can come up with the craziest theories.

Not really. It was really interesting at first, but then the hype that people brought upon it KILLED it. I'm sure if it wasn't discovered by guys like Markiplier, it would have been an obscure little gem with a small, but dedicaded cult following. But ehh, it'll get old after the fifth game.
