I don't know how to fall asleep. I lay in bed for about 5 hours before I can actually fall asleep.

I lay there for 2 hours if I sleep earlier than usual. One day in the future I am going to go to sleep when I am actually tired

I was playing soccer and then some guy came in the way while I tried to kick the ball and i hit my foot really hard against him. I can't walk well and my foot is sore. ;;
