For the duels, we can always use YGOPro(automatic simulator, which also includes all anime cards, even including speed duels and most unreleased cards unless they are link monsters, and that will change soon) or/and Dueling Book(manual simulator, though I have no idea if it also got any unreleased cards or the anime)

Ikr? Usually they are supposed to use the intercom and deliver the package on person, after you write your signature. If you are not at home(and I was, seeing that when I arrived the package was not on the ground yet), the deliver just goes to the local mailing station and from there you're supposed to go there and take the package. He was probably to lazy to go back to the mailing station with the package.
