  1. Well at least we will get some clarity about their statement sooner rather than later.
  2. You can probably expect aa $15-$20 minimum for each part, and that is without even knowing how many parts there will be.
  3. So pretty much they are going to try and milk this game for as long as they possibly can? They are treading some dangerous water if this statement means what we all think it means. Although this does explain why they only shqwed footage from the first part of the game and possibly why it already looks so polished.
  4. People's complaints: I will have to rebuy my games because it won't work with my UMDs.
  5. When they first announced it way back when I believed it would, but there is zero hope that this game is coming anytime soon.
  6. I would much rather prefer a X-3 anyway. But like you said, it is probably going to be a long while before we see any sort of announcement with FFVII Remake going on.
  7. I want Star Ocean since it is my favorite game, but I would like Dirge of Cerberus as I haven't had a chance to play it yet.
  8. I asked this same question a few months ago. Most people suggested either Persona 3 or 4, and then to go back and try 1 & 2. I started with 3 on the PSP and I think it is a great entry point.
  9. It is a pretty safe bet that something Crash related is on the way, as wearing a shirt like that is just too cruel to wear when they know that there are rumors about Crash flying left and right.
  10. In smaller FFVII news, the PS4 port of FFVII is now available on the PSN.
  11. This is no surprise, 2.8 had a better chance at showing up and even it's chances were sim to none. I don't think we really need anymore KH3 news till next E3 or Tgs anyway, as the game is still far off.
  12. I think that this game is actually going to be more streamlined than we initially thought as it appears that they are pretty much just building upon the foundation of FFXV. It may be that way though so Square can push the game out faster to meet a deadline with Sony.
  13. Apparently Nomura wasn't able to completely let go of FFXV. Very surprised that we had gameplay footage though.
  14. The Premium Theater event worked differently, as it was separate from D23. The KH3 trailer from 2013 was shown as part of D23, so that may have influenced it's release as opposed to an exclusive event. It appears that these behind closed doors trailers are mostly exclusive to KH events (2.5 release event & the premium theater). Jump Festa is also a much more public event which means that Square will have a lot more exposure (even if the trailer is part of the stage room). I would say that as long as a trailer isn't released at an exclusive KH-based event, it has a high chance of going public.
  15. The only reason I didn't buy this is because KH is one of the few franchises that is kept tightly under wraps at all times. 2.9 (2.8) was a revelation as far as KH leaks go.
  16. It doesn't surprise me in the least. The only place I can ever remember KH having a booth at was E3 (possibly TGS). Jump Festa is not as exclusive as D23. Most Jump Festa trailers release within a few days of being shown. I can't recall a time where we didn't get a KH trailer from Jump Festa when they have had one there.
  17. Then I apologize to WatchMojo and blame the mainstream people who vote on the same games over and over for these lists.
  18. I have never found a game to be overrated as I have pretty much agreed with most opinions once I try a game out (say what you will about COD, it at least has some very fine-tuned gameplay). I think a bigger issue is overhating a game. Just because a person doesn't like a game they go an extra three miles to tear it down, as opposed to people who love a game who mostly just talk it up a bit more than it may be. I encountered this issue with FF XIII. I was looking into the game and all I could find were masses of hateful messages about it. Once I picked it up to form my own opinion, I found it very enjoyable and anything negative about it had been greatly over exaggerated. So overall, I would say there are very few overrated games, and a plentiful amount of overhated games.
  19. Once again WatchMojo criminally underrates and looks over the "Tales of" series; although this may be their largest offense yet to the series. Motoi Sakuraba and Go Shiina have written some of the most compelling scores in video games. While Go Shiina has not done as much, it is still criminal to not even give an honorable mention to Motoi Sakuraba after all the work he has done in video games in general. This is a song Go Shiina composed for a boss fight of all things! It is the most incredible boss fight music I have ever heard! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fsapGXtZ1QA I don't mean this as disrespect towards any of the composers on the list, I mean it as disrespect to WatchMojo who continually look past masterpiece's in favor of mainstream.
  20. You know Konami is no longer supported by the gaming community when they get called out at an awards show and also get booed!
  21. I think Nintendo will still make a push for handheld gaming, but overall I would agree that the handheld market is pretty much a market of the past at this point.
  22. I am putting my money on The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt; even though I think Bloodborne is the better choice Because no Kingdom Hearts game even released this year; so how could it possibly have a chance of winning a Game of the Year award?
  23. As much as I love Kingdom Hearts, I was about to flip a table when Smash wasn't number one; I do agree with his opinion though that it is in a whole different league.
