Yes. You should definitely be lv50-60 for a good shot at beating it.

Unfortunately... I'd stick w/ olympia and have lots of ethers and mega ethers (give these to goofy). You should also equip Goofy's MP Gift abiliy (this does cost Goofy MP). Make sure to have Ars Arcanum equipped for Cloud.

That depends on 2 things. What did you choose during the dive to the heart? Have you rescued Kairi? Kairi's rescue affects ALL enemies' stats and can make it really hard to beat the time trials. It also helps to have a lot of elixirs and as many Mega elixirs as possible.

Out of sheer curiosity, has anyone beaten the Hercules Cup time trial? If not, you should. The reward is the ability "Gravity Break" (I don't know if the name was changed for the International release of 1.5 or not), a combo finisher that causes a Gravity effect and appears 30% of the time. It's really useful against Xemnas (gravity + Xemnas= 100 Tech Points).

I loved it in KH2. It was a nice relaxing distraction. In KH (more so in KHFM due to Japanese text), it was more of a chore.

I never named my decks in the PS2 ver., but if I had, they would have been Groundboss (my deck of sonic blades, a few cures, and some hi-potions) and Marluxia (attack cards that alternate 0 and 9, cure cards w/ 0 and 9, and item cards, again 0 and 9).

That link shows two different lists: one for the original locations, one for the Final Mix locations. I also own KHFM and have played it enough times to know that some of the puppies were moved.

Sniperwilds. They are the spawn of Satan. I never bothered to get the Ultima Weapon on my first play through of KHFM b/c of them. I started a proud mode playthrough last weekend, though, and I think that I'll try to actually fight them for their synthesis item.

I don't have a PS3. I am, however, playing the PS2 ver. of KHFM for the second time, and it's been challenging (FM: PR). That said, it's been a blast.

That's what I did (minus leaving at lv8). I just got to the 2nd visit to Traverse Town and I've died at least as many times as I did in my first play through of Sora's Story in Re CoM. I almost started a new game on FM: BG just for a relaxing play through, but I refuse to stop until I get 100 %. I should also mention that you should beat the Hercules Cup Time Trial before the rescue. The ability you get is really useful against Xemnas, and the Time Trial is next to impossible after Kairi is rescued.

To those of you who are playing KHFM for the first time, Final Mix: Proud Mode isn't as easy as the Proud Mode in the other games. It's horrifyingly brutal, so if Expert mode was hard for you, be wary. I started a playthrough on Sunday and at lv 18, the Stealth Sneak and even ordinary enemies could defeat me in just a few hits if I wasn't careful.

Kh2 (and Kh2fm). Though w/ the amount of grinding I'm doing in KHfm on FM: PR, I might have a longer playtime in KHFM.

I've always preferred the sword, even in FM. Since I'm starting a proud mode play through this weekend, I might just have to try the rod. Don't know what I should sacrifice, though.

I don't recall an orgy in any of the games...

I'm probably alone in this, but Atlantica. IMO, it was less of a pain in the ass than the other mini games, though if we're counting the coliseum as a minigame, I prefer that. Or I did until KHFM. No timer freeze glitch+Cloud and Hercules= Impossible Hercules Cup.

What? That's not true. I don't have save data for the Japanese Re: COM and I could fight all data battles. You just have to beat their absent silhouettes.

Two Become One. The nobody thorn motif is awesome. Plus, it's useful for certain Mushroom XIII (esp. V).

Same. I honestly couldn't care less about the HD Remixes since I already have the Final Mixes and both the North American and Japanese Re: Com.

KH2FM. Dodge Roll, Combo Master, and Limit Form made it so much more fun than the other games.

Combo Master is obtained through level up. Depending on what you choose, you get it at either Lv 54 or Lv 55. Exp Zero is received when you start Proud mode.

It's fun if you know what you're doing. However, once you get to a certain point, it becomes difficult and tedious. I had to rely on a deck made from Sonic Blade sleights, cures, and Hi-Potions after "reaching" Neverland. The final boss isn't exactly fun if you don't know what you're doing. If you're terrible at the game, then you could use a deck made from alternating 0s and 9s. Reverse/Rebirth is really fun and in some ways easier.

Each final mix changed the colors of certain enemies (though KH2FM+ also changed the colors of certain weapons). Which one(s) is/are your favorite(s)? KHFM: Guard/Opposite Armor KH2FM+: Storm Rider KHBBSFM: Trinity Armor

I played KHFM last week; currently I'm replaying Re: CoM. Next, I'm playing Days, then KH2FM, etc. However, I'm playing the games b/c of KH3's announcement. I have no reason to play KH 1.5 HD ReMIX (also I don't have a PS3).
