1. It doesn't expose anything, private parts are always covered. 2. I took around 100 hours on my first playthrough, and I didn't grind that much, so I suppose that's the average time. 3. I think it's pretty good, 9/10 ^^ 4. The story is the same as far as I know, but it has some extra stuff and content and an extra character
