I have something similar actually. Its funny you mention it. I took a lot drugs my first year of college and ended up in a psych ward. I was diagnosed with drug-induced psychosis/schizophrenia. Probably not as serious as paranoid schizophrenia though, because mine will go away if I stop taking hallucinogens.
