I feel like you could make a good horror movie about a young adult stuck in a house with a ton of young, hyper teenagers... Wait that's my current situation. Crap.
Shulk repliedWith six bandits. And instead of being bandits, they're hyper kids. We've got a great start.
I'm not alone but this still feels like a horror movie ._.

Just got my Lucas amiibo! Two away from having all of the amiibo I really want in the Smash series, and one comes out in a couple months! Now I just need to figure out where to put them...
Shulk repliedI certainly cherish them.

I'll need to train them first, then they can have all the blood they want!
Trece the Xam ( ▀ ͜͞ʖ▀) replied@Nortanort: Tell me what you cherish most, give me the pleasure of taking it away...

My school had hot chocolate machines out, so I went to get some after lunch... Only to learn that it was almost empty. I stood for like 2 minutes waiting for my cup to fill. This goes on my list of awkward first day of class experiences.

I'm going to watch the Super Bowl just for the Pokemon commercial, but I'm worried it's just going to be something like Pokemon Go.
OmegaForte repliedI'm on the same boat. I don't really care about GO. I would be if this was back when I was a kid.
Skai repliedWait up girl, gotta catch this Snorlax on your lap...No, I'm not taking pictures of your boobs.
Kaneki Ken repliedIf you guys play ingress, you would be more excited about pokemon GO. Ingress already has a massive community, and that same community is going to to switch over to Pokemon GO in a heartbeat. Apparently, I'm more excited about GO rather than Z

Even though it looks kind of weird, I'm thinking about getting the Pokken Tournament Wii U controller just to see how it works. That and I'm super excited for Pokken and Pokemon in general and want cool Pokemon stuff.

Even though my Wii U is plugged into my TV, nothing's coming up... I'm worried that one of the two is broken. What a great day this is turning out to be.
Shulk repliedMy TV's working with the PS3 just fine... Time to test out the Wii U on another TV and hope it works.
Shulk repliedOkay, turns out that my brother changed the resolution settings on the Wii U and my TV wasn't compatible with them. I've never had this issue when moving from one TV to my own, so this was weird.

Hey, Shulk! Have to ask: What does the phrase "Blood Lobster" mean to you?
Shulk repliedYeah, Rook is what they use more in-game.
I went with my usual character name of Axel, myself.Yep, there were four DLC characters and a few DLC missions in Japan, but the Western releases got all of that for free. I was going to buy them anyway, but I won't complain about having them without paying anything.
Josuke Higashikata repliedGot it... memorized? (Now I'm imagining you playing a Thermal Damage based run, just because of Axel.)
Huh! That's really neat, I have to say.

Game Informer's got something against Xenoblade X, seeing as how they cited it as one of the major reasons why this was an awful year for JRPGs and the only mention it got in their GOTY stuff was how it had an annoying character... Ugh.
Shulk repliedYeah... They gave it a 7.25/10 in their review, but spent most of the review complaining about how the game is a really boring grind-fest. I have no clue what was going on there.

I'm so excited for all of the Pokemon 20th anniversary stuff. This is going to be a great year for us long-time Pokemon fans.
Shana09 repliedHonestly I want a main game for this anniversary to win me over. Pokemon Go is the thing thats exciting so far and real footage was barely shown.
Shulk repliedI'm sure we'll see a main game (I'm personally betting on a Z Version) some time soon, since we didn't get one last year. They probably took a year off to improve on the criticisms X/Y got so the anniversary game could be the best it can possibly be.

I'm going to try to play through one game from each Pokemon generation this year (Well, 2 from Gen V because of the sequels). This should be a lot of fun... And I'll get started on Blue now I guess.

There will never be a meme that angers me more than "I'm really feeling it." And yes, I'm Shulk so that probably sounds weird, but it's not.
Veemon repliedIt's merely funny to me, but yeah, it can get annoying. I've only ever heard Shulk say "I'm feeling it." in the actual Xenoblade. He didn't even sound all that excited either. He's a lot more serious than people taking him for. But in the end, all Smash 4 fighters have memes. Believe me. ALL of them.
Pangoro "Sen" replied@Shulk Yeah, it isn't funny unless you use it in a clever way. Like, my god people, be creative.
@Ghost Like that, for instance. I legitimately laughed at that. And you shouldn't have been kicked. You did good.
Shulk replied@Pangoro It's not so bad when it's used in a clever way, but at this point, I've just come to find it irritating in general. I completely lost focus in an online mission in X when my friend's character shouted that mid-battle.
@Xamtehwt I know this one was a joke, but you'd be surprised how often people will seriously just say that as a response to my statuses with no context whatsoever. *Sigh*

*Spends ages making a post with a ton of pictures in it* Alright, now that it's finally done, I can post. *Gets the "This image extension is not compatible" message* ... Well, guess I just won't post it then.
Pangoro "Sen" repliedOh god, I know how that feels. I don't experience it as much anymore, but that always sucks when that happens.

The first episode of Super Mario Bros. Z was fantastic. Can't believe it's been 6 years since the original series ended, but I'm happy that the reboot has the same feeling and effort that the original did.
Shulk repliedI saw it as another DB reference. The World Tournament was pretty big in DB, and Smash tournaments were a great parallel for that.
I've been thinking about it... Guess I'll go ahead and do that now.

So... "What's Under Your Blanket?!" is looking to be a grim sign for the indie scene on Steam this year. 8 days in and we've got a fondling simulator. Perfect.
Shulk repliedThis is probably the worst one, though. I mean... I'm not going to go into detail on it since it's pretty NSFW stuff, but watching the trailer (I had no clue what it was before hand), even ignoring the stupid premise of the game, there's absolutely nothing to it. It has maybe 20 minutes of content judging from reviews, the art is really, really bad, and it's just a clicker game with a controversial skin on it so it can grab attention.
Pangoro "Sen" repliedYeah, that's what you have to expect in the growing medium of video games. Don't worry though, I'm sure we'll get some good stuff from the indie scene soon this year.
Shulk repliedYeah, I'm sure we'll get some fantastic indie games, too. It's just concerning that more games like this are managing to get away with coming to major platforms like Steam.

Nothing quite like ordering a unicorn-status amiibo at standard price before it sells out. Monday will be a day of Shovelbration.
Shulk replied@Firaga Unicorn is the term used for incredibly rare amiibo. The ones that get like 4-6 per store on average and are almost never found after release day. Shovelbration was a bad pun hinting at the amiibo I just pre-ordered, which somehow had okay Amazon stock despite 6 being the in-store average, so I'm excited.
Shulk repliedAlso, amiibo are little figures by Nintendo that unlock features in various games.
Just in case you needed that one.
