I'm currently debating whether or not I should watch Sony's E3 presentation live. I want to be surprised if they bring out something huge, but... The PlayStation Experience was really underwhelming, and I don't want to sit through a 1-2 hour presentation if it ends up being just like that.

I just called a teacher to ask about something. I had to leave a message, and when leaving my number, I accidentally read her number off since I had it written down. ;_; I feel dumb now.

I called Gamestop customer service, turns out my order is still gonna happen, but the order is on back log since there are no shulk amiibos in stock, but once they are, it'll go through. It'll be up on the website too when they're in stock again.

I've heard some reports of the Captain Falcon amiibo popping back up at a few stores... I'm going to take a chance and see if I can find one soon here.

I ended up caving in and importing a Shulk from Japan, but I've got a Ness pre-ordered, and I'm hoping to get to hunt for some when Wave 4 releases. I just hope I can get something aside from my Ness. -

I'm actually getting pretty good at Splatoon. All of this skill will probably lost by the time the full game is released, though.

I got to play a little bit of the Splatoon Testfire, but I'll be playing for the entire time during the next test period. I plan on giving some impressions about it, but so far, it's a lot of fun!

Is there a way to play it just off the Gamepad? Since one person in local co-op uses it, I figured there would be the same option in singleplayer/offline.Shulk repliedUsually, hitting minus while in-game makes it switch to off-TV mode. I don't think I got it to work, though

... Was it really that surprising to Smash fans that Shulk had a British accent when he was first revealed to be playable? ._.
HeyMouseSayCheese repliedI think it's because when Japanese games (and anime, for that matter) get English translations, they're usually in some sort of North American accent, so hearing an accent from the U.K. just wasn't expected.
Also it's just silly out of context. Like Sonic saying "You're too slow!" is totally a thing he would say, it's just funny when he says it to Captain Falcon or Falco, both guys who tend to move pretty damn fast.
Exiblade7 repliedI was just one of those people who thought he had an Australian accent because I never heard of Xenoblade Chronicles until Shulk was introduced in smash 4. I think some people find the "I'm really feeling it" quote so funny is because it actually sounds pretty epic. I laughed a few times when I heard it for the first time.
