the gba version has a couple of extra dungeons, i would pick gba just because i already emulate other gba games.....

birth by sleep was originally going to be a ps2 game which would allow for capes, when square wanted multiplayer capabilities they moved it to the psp which doesn't have enough Raw Active Memory(ram) to support flowing capes, all it means is that when final mix+ was made they thought birth by sleep was going in a different direction then it actually did.....
