I think Sora is already a true hero . He already outcompetes Hercules ,saving multitude of worlds as well as having the compassion and kindness to help his friends. I guess he needs more maturity and stop being so easily fooled and dissuaded.

I agree with Nick Sideris. Go out and have a walk. If there is a park , just sit down and take in some fresh air . Another thing I do is listen to some calm music , I generally listen to video game music to calm down . Or you can play some video games , that's another option.
