Just in northern Illinois (a US state), and I might be a bit biased, because a few weeks ago we had -26c wind chill with basically the entire week with it not being unusual for the HIGH of the day being -11c. Not the low, the high. Having a low of -11.7c would be considered nice compared to that. And actually feel a bit warm. Though you are right, generally I would be more likely to say that 4c is nice outside. Though I think my temperature of preference would be between 10c and 21c. I actually wouldn't be surprised if some Canadians actually do wear t-shirts in that weather.

Hmm, Wikipedia claims that Victoria Australia (I am guessing that's where based on the arrow in the picture) only gets down to -11.7 Celsius. Sure that's below freezing But that's still pretty nice out. People around here probably could get away with a light jacket for those temperatures. Though depending on their constitution they might want a hat, scarf, and gloves.

I believe most of their bad sequel rap were from their direct to vhs/dvd sequels that had no where near the same budget as the original films. And in my personal opinion some were actually decent, even though usually they didn't live up to the original.

I think they go with blonde because it is a color of hair that the Japanese only see on foreigners. I guess they could have gone with red instead, though I believe that is even rarer (also associated with Ireland and Scotland more than anywhere else) and could be confused with just anime colored hair.

The heartless were confused and stole baked goods that resembled hearts and now you must defeat them to recover the stolen property. From my understanding TV doesn't kill braincells anymore than standing outside in the sun does, the real thing you have to worry about are your synapses. dendrites are constantly growing and changing to better suit your needs. And in some cases dendrites will lessen, weakening connections for specific types of actions or knowledge. So by doing anything excessively you will strengthen the connections for what you are doing excessively and probably other connections will be weakening from lack of use.But I could be wrong.

Depends on what English you are using. Aluminium is correct in British English. Though I am not sure what is correct in Australian or Canadian English. (I am guessing aluminium, but I could be wrong.)

Many breeds of dogs have a 5th claw on their front paws called a dew claw. Some owners get it removed, and some dog breeds have been bred not to have it. (various hunting dog breeds) And there are some cases where breeds have dew claws on both their front and back paws, or just their back paws.
