I stand corrected. Just ten hours in, this soundtrack is on par with Xenoblade.

Tl;dr if you don't care about FPS at 24+, get the PS4. Otherwise PS4 Pro.
It'll be worth it if you 1) have a 4K TV, or 2) would like to play your games with a higher* framerate (the smoothness in games will be better). I highly doubt that there will not be a PS4 Pro exclusive game, even though Sony said everything on the Pro can be played on Vanilla, but you might want to consider it as well if a game comes out later that plays like crap on PS4 but okay on PS4P
And a nice way to bring the comedic side of RWBY to us, although I wish there was a bit more in the main show.
I love the soundtrack. Weight of the Wirld, Alien Manifestation, Wretched Weaponry, A Beautiful Song.... Jeez, this might be on par with FFXV or surpass it.

I switched to Normal, I couldn't take getting one-shotted by the saws lol. The furthest I got on Hard was the first part of the Goliath-class machine. Then I quit to upgrade my videos to 60 FPS because the devs really slapped on the PC version.
