Ayyy, you have a GTX 1080? I'm thinking about a rig which will get me to do game development on a small form factor PC. The processor on my mind is Intel Core i5 6600K and I plan on using an MSI GTX 1080 Gaming X (or Lightning if the 1080 card gets that treatment). How do you think it'd be for some medium-poly game development on my own?

my 1080 founders is stable at 2050 Mhz. BUT its not stock im using the EVGA hybrid kit on it so temps arent an issue at all. Im sure EVGA will release a kit for the new Titan X too. Im just curious to see how many people will buy it since 1200 dollars is very steep compared to 700 for the 1080

Definitely. I still think the Titan cards are still enthusiasts/workstation cards and not really even that geared toward general gaming since people carry around more likely than in other cases 1080p-1440p monitors displaying ~120hz for the former and ~60hz for the latter. 4K @60 gaming is a huge investment that is worth... a prettier screen? Not saying it's all bad but it's very pricey for the average guy.
