Kingdom Hearts Re: Fade Into Light (RP Thread)
Aello was panicking a tiny bit as Kronk asked his question, before realizing something fantastic. She didn't even have to be sneaky, she could tell the truth this time and it wouldn't make a difference. Smile widening slightly with this realization, Aello leaned forward conspiratorially, hand up to her mouth, and stage whispered, "I haven't actually been working here all that long, so I don't really know that." She pulled back to her original position, "however, our restaurant strives to provide the best service in the Andes!, so I can go ask the chef himself, if you would like." She decided to stick around and wait for his answer. She needed to distract them at least a few more seconds. If Saki wasn't done after that, he could wait until star came back with Bear's (her new name for Kronk) information.

The Legend of Zelda: Wrath of the Dark Fairy (Roleplay)
Nora smiled at the scarecrow as he experimented with his new surroundings. He was a nice civilian, and she was very glad he hadn't been doused, smashed, or electrocuted. Then she turned back toward Dr, Mew as he continued to speak. An entire day?! They didn't have that much time to spare... "Excuse me, Doctor," she asked quietly as the others dispersed, "but do you know of any way we could head out before the day is up? Maybe we could go out once the storm starts weakening, or find a song or spell that works against it? We are on a rather tight schedule right now," 'end-of-the-world-if-you-don't-finish-in-time tight level of tight schedule...' She thought, "And it would probably be best to leave as soon as possible, not to mention, we wouldn't want to impose on you."

The Legend of Zelda: Wrath of the Dark Fairy (Roleplay)
Nora set down the uprooted scarecrow, propping him against the wall so he could see and apologizing quietly, before moving up beside the others. She smiled as the princess explained her predicament. They could accomplish their mission and help someone at the same time! "It seems our goals align with yours, your majesty. We need to reach the temple, which will only happen if we get rid of the Octoroks, and you need to get home and make sure your family is safe, which has the same requirements. Do you know of any way that we could end this curse, any patterns or abnormalities, aside from the storms and monsters?"

Kingdom Hearts Re: Fade Into Light (RP Thread)
Aello somehow managed to keep her smile on as she heard the purple lady talk about killing the talking llama emperor, but it did waver for a split second. She would tell the others about this after she took her orders to the kitchen, and she was pretty sure they could deal with it if these two tried anything. Her composure almost fell again as Yzma listed off her order. Aello had one redeeming quality to make up for her tendency to make stupid mistakes and rash decisions. She was a fast learner, never made the same mistake twice, and could memorize random facts pretty easily. She might have been one of the academies best students, if she could pay attention long enough to hear a whole lecture. But this was Inca cuisine, and that was a bit too much. So she quickly decided on memorizing the first word of each part of the order and the details that went with it. She couldn't get the whole thing, but it would be very close. 'I hope Saki is almost done,' she though as she smiled at the two strangers. "Is there anything else I can get for you?" She asked as Purple (as Aello had named her in her head) finished her order.

Kingdom Hearts Re: Fade Into Light (RP Thread)
Aello nodded as she pulled the clothes over her head, dusting them off as she pulled them into place. "Alright! I don't get it, but I'll do my best!" She thought for a moment, pulled her hair out of the pigtails, and flattened it into place to complete her disguise, before walking back into the resturaunt. Stopping in front of the table that Saki had specified, she gave her best friendly smile and greeted the patrons. "Hello, my name is Aello and I will be your waitress today! Can I take your orders?"

Armonia (An Original RP) [Sign-ups and Discussion]
Name: Irene Age: 17 Gender: Female Genre: (If they are an amalgamation, specify if it is.) New Age (also known as contemporary instrumental) Appearance: Instrument / Weapon(s) [if any.]: A keyboard that can be summoned to her through singing (tell me if that's not ok, but all my favorite New Age songs are mostly piano, and it would be a pain to lug that up a mountain), and her voice. Personality/Attitude: Quiet, calm and collected. Always willing to help or try something new. Skills/Talents/Abilities: Irene is a master of the piano and guitar, and a skilled violinist, singer, and synthesizer. Her music can bring people peace and help them focus, letting them move faster with their increased concentration (effect only lasts while she is playing/ singing), and can help people heal mentally and physically. Favourites/Likes: Irene likes music of almost any kind, and draws inspiration from everything around her. She also loves herbal tea and time to be alone and read or draw. Most Hated/Dislikes: Conflict. From people shouting at each other to notes that just sound wrong, conflict makes Irene feel shaky and anxious, and as a result it often makes her withdraw into her shell. Also, she dislikes noises that are too loud. Goals/Ambitions: To help people and bring peace back to Armonia. Strengths: Irene has a good sense of balance, is focused and fast, and always willing to help. She is creative, too, and loves coming up with new ideas and plans. Weaknesses: A bit naive, and weak combat wise, has basically no attacking power. She has sensitive hearing, and loud or too high pitched noises hurt her ears. Fears: Being alone, accidentally hurting someone she cares for, and losing sight of who she is. Hobbies/Interests: Reading, Drawing, Yoga, Dancing, and making music. Religion/Beliefs: Irene believes strongly in the Composer, and that he will protect them, but believes that they still have to do their part and make decisions for themselves. Occupation (If any): nope. (Too lazy to come up with one...) Theme Song (Optional): Spring Creek by George Winston Favorite song: at the moment, Gauntlet by Doug Spata

The Legend of Zelda: Wrath of the Dark Fairy (Roleplay)
"Yes, mam!" Nora replied to Rabiyu with a smile. There was no point in waiting for the others to go first, if they all sat there talking about how they needed to go, they would all be equally dead... But, civilians first. Pierre was stuck there, but it looked like the monsters and waves would reach the scarecrow at any moment, so Nora grabbed on to the straw man and pulled up as hard as she could, after a few seconds she managed to uproot his post. She would have just cut it, but she was afraid that might hurt him. "Sorry, Mr. Pierre." She didn't want to have to move him like this, but it was better than letting him get smashed to pieces. Then she took off running towards the building, scarecrow under one arm and sword in the other. If anything tried to stop them from reaching shelter, she would take it out.

Kingdom Hearts Re: Fade Into Light (RP Thread)
"What sort of sneaky thing?" Aello whispered back excitedly, managing to pull off excited and very quiet pretty well. If it was Saki's idea, it was sure to be out of the box and epic, but Aello had been told in the past that she wasn't very good at sneaky... A bit of an understatement, really... And then there was the problem of being surrounded by well trained young keyblade wielders who were practiced in the art of detecting and stopping sneaky things... And if it had to do with food, couldn't they just make the school pay for it if he didn't have money? Ah well, Aello decided just to have faith in her friend's plan. And then the emperor llama walked in trying to look like a lady. She decided not to say anything since both she and her friend and the Llama and his... Friend were trying to be inconspicuous.

The Legend of Zelda: Wrath of the Dark Fairy (Roleplay)
Nora looked over as Irisviel surfaced. If there were enemies waiting down there then there was a good chance that that place was the place they were looking for... But it was best to check all sources first. She walked away, Sara would take care of Irisviel, and headed towards the scarecrow. "Well then," she turned back to the uninjured/ not-assisting-the-injured members of their party, "let's see what he has to say." Moving forward again, the knight stopped in front of the straw man and smiled. "Hello Sir, I am a Knight of Hylia, and I was sent to investigate the irregular happenings in this area." She had to lie a bit, which she regretted, but they couldn't tell people their actual mission unless they wanted to attract the more attention from the Dark Fairy. "Can you tell us anything about the monsters that have been showing up around here?"

Kingdom Hearts Re: Fade Into Light (RP Thread)
Aello nodded as Saki pointed out the language barrier issue. "I will become the master of charades!" She declared. If that was the only way around it, then that was what she would do. Then she turned back to the others and listened as they approached a strange looking restraint. She sighed as Master Zion pushed them into the building. There was no choice in this matter, apparently. They would have to take a break in their adventure. Oh well! They were already here so they might as well look at the menu! The student bounced over to an open table and sat down, flipping a menu upside down because reading right side up was boring. "Woah!" She exclaimed, "I don't know what half of these things are, but the names sound exciting!" Especially when they were foreign words to Aello, and read upside down. Figuring out the letters that way gave you time to think and acknowledge how good they sounded put together.

Cardboard Key
I made this out of cardboard the other day because I was bored and needed it for my Halloween costume, so... Wrapping paper tubes, a box, spray paint, acrylic, and my craft knife. I know the handle is too wide and not thick, but I still want to show it off. Edit: oh yeah, and an old bracelet chain, too.

Kingdom Hearts Re: Fade Into Light (RP Thread)
Aello stopped bouncing as she walked for a moment, saddened at the thought of her new friend having had such a miserable life. Then she brightened up again. "All the more reason that you have to stick with us! There are so many fun things we have to do now!" She shivered slightly in anticipation. "Ooooooh, I can hardly wait to get started! Maybe you can help me find a taco heartless." And that was the moment that Aello decided to get attached to her poor new heartless friend. She might not be able to find a ghost friend to haunt the school, but if she had her way they would have a Lisa, and that was a million times better.

Kingdom Hearts: A Dream Within (RP)
Amina thought for a second as her companions answered the questions, readying Ascent and shifting her weight to the balls of her feet so that she would be able to move quickly when it became necessary. 'Didn't anyone ever tell them not to give personal information to strangers?' The warrior wondered as the others replied to their opponents. Still, it didn't look like they would get through without answering, so... 'I haven't stayed in one place long enough to have a best friend, but I guess if I had to choose-' "B, with friends, and-" 'nobody is perfect but I try to do the right thing-' "A- Good."

Nora too. I'm taking it is a compliment, apparently Maxwell doesn't think she is going to mess their mission up.

The Legend of Zelda: Wrath of the Dark Fairy (Roleplay)
Nora smiled slightly as the octorocks... Wriggled? Slithered? Whatever, up. They were making this too easy. In the water, an octorok could submerge to avoid attacks. On land, not so much. Unless they had developed split second digging powers that she was unaware of. The knight decided to start with the one that had attacked Kai, running to clear the gap between them as the purple monster got up, beady green eyes glinting in fury. One diagonal slash up across its face was enough to finish it off, thanks to the rock Kai had deflected earlier.

Kingdom Hearts Re: Fade Into Light (RP Thread)
Aello smiled slightly as she tilted her head. One second she was looking around at strange plants and the next Master Zion was there and they were over the bridge, but hey, both Lisa and Allitt were still alive, so that was a win... Even if she hadn't known either of them longer than an hour... Ah well! They had time to get acquainted now. With that in mind, she bounced over to Saki and Lisa. "So Lisa, what do you like to do on your free time?" The greenette knew the heartless couldn't speak English, but she figured she could guess at whatever Lisa decided to pantomime. And what did heartless do when they weren't being evil?

The Legend of Zelda: Wrath of the Dark Fairy (Roleplay)
(That's what I get for not reading carefully... I think I fixed it mostly, tell me if there is anything I missed. )"I will help too, your Higness." Nora declared. "Anything to serve the throne and my people." She was a bit surprised by the Princess' revelation. She knew the Dark Fairy was up to no good, but the eradication of all outside her species... To say that Nora was troubled that anyone would fall so low was an understatement, but she could almost understand. Almost. She couldn't answer as to what she might do if her friends and family were enslaved and locked up in jars. She liked to think she wouldn't become a genocidal mass murderer.
