Have you seen that one post on tumblr that's like "if you can't handle me at my worst, you don't deserve me at my best" that has an absolutely terrible picture of Roxas from the original and then has a pic from him from the KH1.5 version? I think that's like the only thing good to come out of those horrible graphics lmao. I mean, they clearly tried. And they improved a little bit for RE:Coded, but the DS was just pretty weak.

I was pretty miserable playing 358/2 Days as well but I didn't get stuck nearly as many times as I did in RE:Coded... honestly the DS was just a bad console for KH games.

More news? Possibly, like a Famitsu article with new screenshots or possibly more concept art like what we got at D23 Expo in Anaheim, CA. More footage? I really doubt it. It seems like it's going to be a very big event at D23 Expo Japan so I'm sure they're going to save as much as they can until November.

Something where Sora, Riku, Kairi, Aqua, Ventus, Terra, Xion, Roxas & Lea are all playable would be nice. Or really just anyone other than Sora and Riku. But I want Kairi most of all lol.

Nah man RE:Coded was like the most miserable I've ever been while playing a KH game. It was a rehash of Kingdom Hearts 1 (without Kairi) and didn't even push the story forward minus maybe the last 10-15 minutes of the game. The varieties of gameplay was fun for some people but I hated it because the only reason I can even beat Kingdom Hearts games in general is because of it's very specific kind of gameplay haha I suck at everything else... especially turn based. So needless to say I got stuck in the Coliseum for a LOOONG time.

why is RE:Coded not on this list? Because that's the only one I would vote for. But the cinematic version in KH2 made it somewhat worth while.

haha nah, I know next to nothing about that. But it was because of a "Religion in Contemporary Culture" class that I found out that my religion (Deism) existed! I have a bachelor's degree in Media Studies so film/TV is more of my forte. lol

Oh my god. When I worked at Walt Disney World we constantly had shorts like this playing but never THIS one. I think I would have lost my composure if this one played hahaha.

that's meeee but this is what I look like on a normal basis lol:

I LOOOOOVE his new design with all of my heart. It's simplistic and more mature and it makes a ton more sense with all the crazy movements he does. And most of all, it has NO RECUSANT SIGILS. To those of you who say it's too plain, try drawing it lol. I had a much more difficult time than I did with his KH2 outfit because there's so many little details. Not about the outfit persay, but the part I love most is his new hair I love that it's just the tiniest bit side swept now. (I'm a Sora cosplayer so I'm SO EXCITED ABOUT STYLING MY NEW WIG--also I'm just a huge fan girl, so there's that too.)

*screams from the rooftops* KAIIIIIIIIRIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIII. seriously it makes the most sense because she's probably the most inexperienced and they don't have an excuse to magically make Sora lose all of his abilities again.

I would love Shibuya being inside San Fransokyo. A lot of people want Shibuya to be it's own world but I unfortunately have a hard time believing that would happen. The TWEWY characters would fit right in San Fransokyo. It's not even technically it's own town, it's just a shopping district of Tokyo, so it would make sense.

I honestly just want Ventus to have Roxas's memories. I don't want everyone who died to magically comeback to life because it cheapens their sacrifices & the story itself in my opinion.

I agree with this heavily too & went on a little tangent about it in one of my previous posts. Also I LOOOOVE the reincarnation theory so much. I think KH Unchained X will probably drop some more hints about KH3 so we should probably find out more soon.

Sora & Riku's were both subtle/easy changes; Sora's being pushed a bit up and his front hair becoming a bit more side swept while Riku literally just had about half a foot chopped off. Sora's was for growth and a "new look" while Riku's was to represent he's going through a big change (this is a BIG thing in many Asian cultures). Xehanort's doesn't have an explanation (yet). And how could he be younger in KH3 trailer when he's training to be a Keyblade Master with Eraqus but yet when he's on Destiny Islands, it's assumed he's never left the islands? [not a point you brought up, but one that's been brought up in the topic]

Edited very nicely to the music and using Vanitas as a Norted version of Sora was great. I definitely got a little emotional imagining it all going down in KH3 even though I know the source footage haha.

I'm an adult and I have no summer anymore lol. I've been working for my Dad during the summer and I'll start my new job selling merchandise for my favorite hockey team next month. I took a beach trip for 4 days but that was about the extent of any sort of vacation.

I was talking to everybody which is why I didn't quote anybody specifically. Everyone needs to tone it down lol. If I had seen those posts earlier before everyone got into it, I would have said the same.

whoa whoa whoa. I think we all need to take it down a notch. I just wanted to have a discussion, not a battle. I could be wrong, but I could be right too. There's no way to know until the game comes out. It's really quite pointless for everyone to go back and forth saying who's wrong and who's right. I've defended my theory as much as I really can and I see that there's flaws, but I also know there's about a million and one things in KH that are severely flawed so that doesn't lead me to believe it can't still be possible haha.

I stand firmly in my beliefs but we'll find out in KH3 I just think 'a haircut' is much too simplistic of an explanation. I also think showing YMX looking like that in the KH3 trailer is to signify that he's related to Riku in some form (he's originally from Destiny Islands so it's not too far fetched of an idea) and also why they flash an image of Xehanort over young Riku & then he becomes the teen Riku that we know from KH2 in Birth by Sleep. Overall I really want the mainland of Destiny Islands to be playable specifically for the purpose of finding out more about Xehanort's background. I guess that's sort of off subject but it's still a theory about YMX =P

It'd be pretty unheard of if they incorporated over 20 new Disney Worlds but if they did, I guess that's great for them. But I'm pretty sure they limit the amount to around 12 is so that they don't run into that situation.

I'm ashamed I forgot Princess & the Frog but I also was trying not to list literally everything haha.

Frozen, Pocahontas, Lady & the Tramp, Oliver & Company, Treasure Planet (seems heavily implied for KH3 but not confirmed), Hawaii portion of Lilo & Stitch, The Emperor's New Groove, The Black Cauldron, Atlantis, Saludos Amigos, The Three Caballeros, Robin Hood, The Rescuers, The Fox & The Hound.... there's more but yeah. Plus you have several sequels with usable content.

This all correlates very nicely. I like it. You guys gotta think in terms of how ridiculously complicated Kingdom Hearts is lol there's a reason for everything. But also, like I said above, I think the hairline change is too drastic.
