Your 2GB plan refers to your mobile data. This is used when you are doing things such as watching videos, using the Internet, etc. while not connected to Wi-Fi. This consumes the data on your plan until you exceed the data used and pay a fee for going over the limit. The 8GB card you're referring to is used for data storage, which is used for storing programs like the apps on your mobile device, the operating system controlling it, and photos you take. In short, your card should have no effect on the 2GB plan you have.

Yes, you should be able to play the NA version the same way you were able to play the JP version. If you virtualize an Android device on your PC, which should be fairly easy to figure out, you can play the game no problem. Hope this answered most of your concerns.

10 years is a pretty cool time skip for many sagas. Post-KH3 is not one of them.
