  1. I think The Incredibles would be a great fit. Sora and his friends would be a good asset to the superheroes of that universe and it would generally just be the best world match up of the remaining Pixar films. Other than that, I think I'm good without any more pixar worlds. I don't think any of the remaining films would fit that well. Finding Nemo would probably be the closest after The Incredibles, but I do NOT want another underwater world.
  2. I like the name Edym for Demyx, but Myde is also certainly a possiblity. For Luxord, I would say Ludor or Rould are the most likely candidates.
  3. Maybe I'm beating a dead horse here, but I still think a console port involving the important plot points of KHUX will come at some point. Not that I necessarily think this will be the next one, but I definitely think they'll release it on consoles so it's more accessible. YES! This would be amazing. Make it happen, Nomura!
  4. Anybody else see a resemblance?
  5. That's true. I imagine we'll get a follow up pretty soon.
  6. I'll be honest, I'm not thrilled with two of the three starters. Grooky is cute, but the other two look weird. Other than that the games look pretty promising, but I need more info before I can decide whether or not I want to pick this one up.
  7. @tehlazyprince Ah. That makes more sense. I only ever played Digimon world 2 as a kid and we only rented it so I never finished.
  8. I can understand that, lol.
  9. I was disappointed with Next Order. I was expecting it to be like Cyber Sleuth (which I thoroughly enjoyed) but I felt that the restriction to just two Digimon at a time was kind of lame.
  10. I will agree that the flowmotion kind of broke the game in terms of difficulty and strategy. And Balloon spells as well. Julius was cake because of balloonra and balloonga.
  11. ^This. Bottom line, it is way easier to rant about how bad something is than to rant about how amazing something is. As a result, the people who hate Kingdom Hearts 3 because it's not what they wanted it to be are being way louder than the people who are being positive and discussing the things that make the game good. If you go through the forums here, I'm sure you will find a bunch of positive reviews of Kingdom Hearts 3. I loved it and was thrilled to be able to share my thoughts on here. I think the game is great, and there are plenty of people on here who also think that it's great. So don't feel bad. Never feel bad for liking something, even if people all around you are saying the opposite. This will pass. Once people simmer down and really start to think about the game's events, they will warm up to Kingdom Hearts 3, just like they did with Kingdom Hearts 2. Hang in there. We're all behind you.
  12. Thanks for your input everyone! This has put the whole thing in a much better perspective for me. They are all valid points, certainly, and very understandable.
  13. Let me just preface this by saying that this is not me complaining about people not liking Kingdom Hearts 3D. Everyone is different, and everyone views things differently. Please don't take this topic as a trap or as me saying "the game is amazing! You guys are wrong!" I am not going to attack you or argue with you; I just want your opinion. This topic is purely for curiosity's sake. Kingdom Hearts 3D is one of my favourite Kingdom Hearts games. Like literally tied for first place with Birth by Sleep. No joke. Ever since I first played it it has been one of my two favourite entries in the series. I love the story, I LOVE the combat (particularly the flowmotion) and I love the flexibility of the Dream Eater party system. I always thought that this was a common opinion, that the majority of people loved the game as much as I did. It was only over the past couple of months that I noticed a lot of people citing 3D as one of the series' worst entries, some even calling it garbage. Needless to say, I was quite taken aback when I saw these responses, and it has since begged the question: Why do people hate this entry so much? If you don't like Kingdom Hearts 3D, please tell me why here. I'm interested to hear your thoughts on where this game went wrong. Again, this is not me criticizing or arguing. I just want to be able to see the big picture. Thanks guys, and may our hearts be our guiding keys.
  14. Where even is Ava? I think I heard a theory that she was Kairi's grandmother.
  15. I'm sure they have something planned, but I doubt we'll get any announcements about the next installment for a while. I expect we'll start hearing about the future of Kingdom Hearts some time after they release the DLC.
  16. What was the last section you went to? Or the last boss?
  17. That's so sweet! I checked every site I could think of this morning and I couldn't find anything matching that description. Sorry about that. But maybe you could find something similar? Etsy has some cool Kingdom Hearts rings (though some are pretty pricey). I'm sure she would appreciate any attempt at a replacement, even if it's not the exact ring she used to have. Good luck!
  18. I chose the second option. The game does have flaws, but no more than any other game in the series. I think that all the buildup and the long wait for this game caused a ton of hype that no game would ever be able to live up to. The long wait also allowed time for tons of theories and expectations built up by fans, which in my experience end up causing disappointment in the long run. I'm not saying that we should all be hating on all the Kingdom Hearts games for these problems, but the thing is, if you really think about it, a lot of the issues people are finding in this new installment aren't exclusive to Kingdom Hearts 3. Personally, I'm an optimist, so I tend to focus more on the positives than the negatives. But I also think it's important to look at the big picture and realize that some of KH3's problems aren't necessarily with this one game, but the series as a whole. But hey, this is just my opinion. I get that you're struggling with your feelings about the game, and I respect that. This is just my two cents on the matter.
  19. Not gonna lie, I half expected most people to choose Master Xehanort as a joke. Myself, I chose Young Xehanort.
  20. Hmmmmm.... It certainly could be fake, but it does certainly look like pokemon's previous announcements. I'm not 100% convinced, but they look reasonably close to legitimate. I agree. Queen all the way. Yeah, but so did January 29th, 2019, remember? If we can survive that wait, we can make it to November 23rd of this year.
  21. That would be amazing, not gonna lie. I could see it happening, too. The release of KHIII brought in a bunch of new fans of the series, so maybe the fanbase will be big enough for something like that soon. Only thing that concerns me is that if it does happen, the people who organize it might not know what they're doing and if that's the case, we could have another Dashcon or Tanacon on our hands. Stuff like this tends to be organized and run by fans and not industry professionals, so I would have to do some pretty intense research into it before buying a ticket.
  22. Like Mkucherina, I have proudly been a follower of the series right from the release of the first game in 2002. I was 10 years old and watching TV when a commercial came on for the first game. I immediately ran upstairs to get my mom and tell her I wanted the game for christmas. It has been my absolute favourite series ever since I first put KH into the PS2 on Christmas morning of 2002. It has been an amazing 17 years since then.
