In all seriousness, I have two suggestions. I just discovered that vitamin D from sunlight is absorbed through the eyes (but I read it on the internet) so spend some time outside, even if it is cold. I'm going snowboarding a lot this winter and I hope that will lift my spirits, but it may because of my second suggestion. Exercise. Exercise until you are tired, wiped out, beat up, winded, you get the idea. This will release endorphins in your brain which will make you happier, and you will be healthier which will make you feel better. And fix your posture.
