This is a very in-depth analysis! One thing to point out regarding Riku's outfit being different between this trailer and the KH3 secret ending is that when we see him in Quadratum in the secret ending we may actually just be seeing Riku dreaming that he's in Quadratum. In the KH3 DLC he tells the Fairy Godmother that he's been having a dream where he's surrounded by tall buildings and senses that someone is watching him from high up, which matches perfectly with what we see of him in the KH3 secret ending. So that would at least explain the inconsistency in his outfit if not Sora's. Perhaps Sora was also dreaming? He may well have been dreaming when he met and fought Yozora as that sequence of events is very dreamlike.
