Is Tales Of The Abyss for the 3DS good? I looked up info on it and it's a remake of the game from the PS2. Does the 3DS version have voice acting?
The Transcendent Key repliedOh, I see. Well thanks for the heads up guys! I want to get as many Tales games as I can, especially the Tales Of Symphonia Chronicles collection coming for PS3! And I also want Tales Of Graces F and Tales Of Xilia 2!

But I will be getting it soon! And also, I've heard the Symphonia games are pretty good. ^^DragonMaster repliedAbyss is my favorite Tales game (having played Vesperia, Symponias 1&2, and Xillia). The 3DS version has all the content of the original game. It has much faster load times (like, insanely faster), but worse visuals and a bit of lag (on the world map and skit animations). I own both and prefer the 3DS version, but they both have merits.
The Transcendent Key repliedI see. And do the skits in Abyss have voice acting like in Xilia? And God, now I really want to get the Symphonia and Abyss games even more now!
DragonMaster repliedOh, and I think there is a bit of a difference between the time frames to do the side quests as well, and in the 3DS version one of the titles no longer has a requirement as to which difficulty of the game you play it on (naming the sidequest would be kinda spoilerish).

That was the most disappointing aspect of the game for me, as the skits were hilarious and would have been even better with voice acting. Queen Tery repliedImo Symphonia is the best Tales of game I've ever played. I've played Symphonia, Abyss, and Legendia. I thought Abyss was pretty good but having played it already on the PS2, I got bored pretty quickly with the 3DS port.
