In Kingdom Hearts Chain of Memories, when referring to Maleficent, Vexen says "Don't be absurd. The witch is gone. She cannot return from the Realm of Darkness of her own volition." This means that after Sora destroyed Maleficent in the first Kingdom Hearts, she got sent to the Realm of Darkness. Why is this? Why did Maleficent get sent to the Realm of Darkness instead of just simply dying? Or did she just simply escape after the battle with Sora to the Realm of Darkness using a Corridor of Darkness? Also, why did she have to wait for someone (the three fairies) to remember her in order to come back when she could've just used a Corridor of Darkness?

"It is not in the stars to hold our destiny, but in ourselves." ~ William Shakespeare Once, many years ago, there was a star. Yes, just one. For a long time, it was the only star in the heavens, beloved and adored by many. Unbeknownst by its observers, the star belonged to a grand witch, one who had great and mysterious powers. She cared for the star, for it was as unique as herself. One day, however, the star disappeared. The world below, which had admired the star for years, searched frantically to recover it. All seemed lost, and the witch had returned to the world below to live out her days as an outcast. However, a small boy discovered the star, and cared for it himself. When the time came that he was to die, he made a wish that the star would once again return to the sky, and give birth to many more. The star heard the boy's plea, and it came to pass that the skies would glow with many stars. The First Star, as it came to be known, returned to the sky. The witch, witnessing the star rise up from the earth, rejoiced. At least, until many more stars became apparent. The witch left again for the skies, searching for her star, never to find it amongst the many identical ones. She cursed the earth for losing her star, and the people became ill. The stars heard the anguish below, and granted a cure amongst the people. Droplets were born, granting those who found them temporary health, for as long as 48 hours. However, it would seem that the star of old has once again fallen unto the earth below. A small village took notice, each citizen racing for a wish of their own. That is where our story begins. Take your place as the hero of your own story. Would you wish for fame? Glory? Money? Health? Looks? What should you wish for? Not only must you keep yourself alive in a harsh environment that depends on the power of Droplets to survive, but you must also beware the witch! Her search for her star has resumed once more, and she is also on her way to recover what she deems to be her property! Defend yourself from the Witch, other players, harsh environments, and even wild creatures! Be prepared to come up with some battle skills. --- This RP takes place in a Renaissance-Era Village known as Alaby [Al-ah-bee], which is quite run down, to say the least. We begin the RP the day before the night of the Starfall. Poor folk take up most of the population, who suffer from the wrath of the town Tax Collector, who... well, collects tax for the king. The downtrodden town lights up when the star becomes known among them, and the race begins to better their lives, one way or the other! You may also form alliances with other players, if you so wish. This RP was inspired by the Animaniacs movie "Wakko's Wish." Thanks to Aqua7KH for giving me some suggestions! -Droplets- There are two kinds of Droplets to be found. Blue Droplets Blue Droplets are collected to keep the Villagers healthy and alive - without them, the villagers are sure to die in a matter of hours! Be sure to look out for these and collect as many as you can. You can collect a number of them and preserve them for later use. BUT BEWARE! You're not the only villager who needs Droplets to survive. Everyone does! So if you find a Droplet, be sure to nab it first! These droplets don't disappear. After you use its power, it stops glowing, and shrinks down for your convenience. Gold Droplets Now, Gold Droplets are EXTREMELY special. When collected, these Droplets are absorbed, and can temporarily empower your character! You may get visions of the past, or of the future. You may also receive temporary speed, improved jumping skills, heightened senses, etc. (The power up you get will be determined with a random generator.) If you're worried about this RP being too fast for you, no worries needed! I promise that it'll be a good mixture of intensity and slow moments. While the main goal is make a wish, there will be random halts, so you can have fun moments. RULES! KH13 rules apply. Keep this PG-13 Maximum of THREE characters per person! No killing characters or critically injuring them without permission. (NOTE: You CAN kill characters that you yourself control, however. You can also kill NPC's or Situational characters) No controlling other characters without permission. Please have readable posts. Romance is permitted! CHARACTER SHEET! Name: Age: Gender: Appearance: Occupation: (Optional) Personality: Bio: Battle Skills: My sheet! Any questions/comments/concerns? Don't be afraid to sign up and ask!

Agni is back in a new tech demo, as Square Enix shows off its new power in Luminous Studio. Hajime Tabata introduces himself and talks about utilizing this technology in Final Fantasy XV. Shortly afterward, we can see a real-time display of Agni crying, one of the hardest expressions to emulate in gaming. You can see the short video below. https://youtu.be/2ykt9af9oME
