I know that I did another interest check a while back that I need to get to (I will at some point hopefully), but with another Star Wars movie having just come out, I've been thinking that it'd be fun to try out a Star Wars roleplay. To be honest, I don't exactly have any specific ideas right now, so I just wanted to see if anyone would be interested and if they'd have a preferred point in the timeline they'd like this to take place at (Probably going to be all votes for the OT but might as well ask anyway). I haven't gotten really invested in the EU yet so I can't draw much from there, but if anyone wants to draw from it for their own characters, I'd be fine so long as it doesn't contradict anything that goes on in the storyline (Sort of like how references to Kyle Katarn stealing the Death Star plans in Dark Forces would interfere with Rogue One). So... yeah, not much more to say on this. If anyone's interested, go ahead and leave a post, vote for an era, and maybe share some ideas if you have anything you'd really like to see! Thanks!

I wouldn't know about which timeline to use, but I'd say one in which Ahsoka is alive (because I love ahsoka!)

There's honestly so many interesting eras in the whole Star Wars series it's hard to choose which one would be most fun I personally think maybe something after the Jedi Purge where Jedi would be outnumbered and have to fight back and look out for those who would recently be discovering their sensitivity to the force, or before it in the Clone Wars when the war of the Jedi VS the Siths was pretty prominent. Then again the Rise of the First Order allows us to get creative and expand on it more too! I wish I could vote more than once =w= I'd love to join regardless the era.

i put a vote down for rise of the first order because i'm with star on it would offer more creative opportunities i think, more places to stretch it and have fun but i mean whatever~

I'm terrible scum and voted for Clone Wars.

 

I just love the Clone Wars from a Clone perspective.

Rise of the First Order seems fun.

 

But Rise of the Empire (just after III) leaves a lot of things that can be done, and it could be really fun!

The Star Wars Eras are all very awesome and fun in their own ways, even the Prequels for some of the things that were explored. However, I find myself, if I were to join this RP, leaning towards The Rise of the First Order due to the creative freedom it can offer.

 

Plus I'm more eager than ever due to Kylo Ren in VII and Darth Vader in Rogue One using the force in very, very awesome ways, so that excites me.

Looking at the poll, it looks like Rise of the First Order is the winner here. I'm starting to get some ideas, so I'll get to work on a story and post the sign-ups here when I'm done! Thanks for the input, everyone!
