For me it was DEFINITELY Xenoblade Chronicles 2. I mean SPlatoon 2 and Mario Odyss come very close but Xenblade Chronicles 2 is where all most of my hype for the Switch is .

I hope we get the japanese audio too, I like both, but that scene with Zelda crying is better in japanese for me.

Well it´s developer is Koei Tecmo, the same crew who did the Dynasty Warriors games.

 

Please have Female Corrin, please have Female Corrin. Anyway, the cry in the japanese trailer annoyes to death, that´s what i don´t like of Japanese Dubs at times yes the cry is more genuine but still irritates me.

Almost everything about it! I am beyond hyped for this system! Like seriously someone needs to invent a new word just to show how beyond hyped I am for this miracle! I love it! I need it in my life as soon as possible!

Zelda, Xenoblade 2 and Mario for me. Also cool how the third-party support seems to be starting off strong, with XB2, SMT, DQX/XI (at least in Japan ) and Squeenix's new octopus project or w/e it was called

I loved that they announced SMT V just out of no where like that good on you ATLUS, and No More Heros 3 and with Breath of the Wild comming out the same day made this an instant Day 1 buy for me I loved all of that I didn't get to see to much of Fire Emblem but we will see I would really love if they have that Gamecube VC as well that would be amazing but those games I don't even care that it's just one game at launch it's going to be day 1 for me 

 

Edit: Oh and no Region lock that's amazing! (Though I don't get that many games out of my region it's great for those that do)

Favorite New Game was Super Mario Odyssey.

Favorite Game was BotW.

Favorite thing about the console is probably the controllers. They seem awesome.

Breath of the Wild for me,I was actually surprised by the story,it seems like its gonna be more in depth then I originally though,I was expecting something a la Link to the Past where you get an intro scene and some cutscenes from time to time and that's it,but its much more then that and its coming out at launch,its amazing.

 

Super Mario Odyssy looks great too,it looks like a Mario open world,with a lot of freedom like Super Mario 64 and Sunshine.Fire Emblem warriors,Xenoblade 2 and that RPG by Square also look interesting,but we haven't seen enough for me to be really hype,but there's no doubt Xenoblade 2 will he amazing,I wonder if its a sequel to the original or if Xenoblade will now be treated like Final Fantasy and each game has his own world and story.

 

Mario Kart 8 Deluxe looks interesting,they finally added Bowser jr and the battle mode now has proper arenas,but they didn't show any new tracks

 

I was crossing my figures for a new trailer of Sonic 2017 but that didn't happen and it seems that now Nintendo players will have to pay to play online as well,that sucks.

Does this mean the X in Xenoblade X is actually a 10? *mind blown /shotshot*

Paying for online does kinda suck. Hopefully it's not a butt-ton

I wasn't anything,it was the same teaser trailer we saw before

While the console looks fantastic, I feel like it's not worth buying at launch. Not even half the games that we know of that will be coming to the Switch interest me. Mostly Super Mario Odyessy, Breath of the Wild, Fire Emblem Warriors, Shin Megami Tensei (though I have barely invested into the series, only game I have is Soul Hackers) and maybe Rime. I will get it, just not at launch. Hoping for a Wii U VC or at least some ports of games like Bayonetta and Xenoblade Chronicles X will make me even more interested and probably get it sooner than I plan to.

 

Plus, Nier: Automata and Kingdom Hearts HD 1.5+2.5 ReMix will be coming out later that month, so gaming wise I'll be occupied anyway.

I expected an X port but...

This is much better lol

Xenoblade 2 and Splatoon 2 were the two I'm most excited for. The Zelda trailer stole the show though and I don't even play Zelda games. I'll reserve judgement for Fire Emblem Warriors for after the Direct on Wednesday, but I'm glad that we'll be getting a game like that. Mario looks good too.

 

Honestly, there was a lot to like. Obviously I'll need more info on stuff like Project Octopath Traveler, but there's enough announced stuff to tide me over. I wonder if there will much more games announced now from people between now and E3.

 

I will say I am disappointed that ARMS is a full priced title, because it really could benefit from not being $60.

the 1-2-3-4 punch of Splatoon 2, Super Mario Odyssey, Xenoblade 2, and Fire Emblem Warriors was amazing. basically four of my dream games announced all in a row. Arms didn't make much of an impression on me at first but it really grew on me after watching Treehouse Live and now I'm really looking forward to that too
