How should the KH3 Final Battle with Xehanort turn out?

Posted

I've been theorizing on how the Final Battle with Xehanort will turn out and I'm hoping it will blow us away even more than the Xemnas Final Boss. Here's my idea:

A Final boss fight where you have to fight all 4 versions of Xehanort. Starting off with a Ansem Seeker of Darkness fight with a Dismiss/Guardando nel buio Remix with Riku, A Struggling Terra, Mickey and Aqua as party members (as those 4 characters were affected the most by Ansem). A follow up fight with Xemnas as well as a Darkness of the Unknown remix while having Lea, Roxas, Xion AND Isa as party members (as again those 4 characters were affected the most by Xemnas). Next fight will be Young Xehanort with a Dark Impetus remix along with Ventus, Vanitas (as I believe he may become a Hero in KH3 plus he may have some connection with YX shown in La cite Des Cloches in DDD) Kairi and a possible Young Eraqus (ok I think I might be stretching it here lol). And Finally with Master Xehanort himself you will have a Brand new never before seen track that is unique to MX and will be the most badass yet along with (wait for it) Master Eraqus and a possible female character (as the KH series has always had a common trend of Trios which leads me to believe there was a third friend between Eraqus and Xehanort) and I believe that to be Kairi's Grandmother (which is the only female character that I believe who could fit that trio).

Does anybody approve of this possible Final Battle concept? Would love to hear you thoughts! (also sorry if I hyped up people a little too much here, I can't take the excitement that last trailer gave out along with the excitement of the 5th Union Cross leader being revealed soon which FYI has to be Kairi's Grandmother)

Better than Xemnas.

They better hype me up with Kairi AND Riku in the party.

I don't think there'll be all those playable characters. Would be a nice surprise, but I think most of the 13 will be cutscene battles. Ansem, Xemnas, and Xehanort will probably be the final bosses with the rest dropped throughout the rest of the worlds.

the final battle should start off as a 1v1 between Sora and Xehanort inside Kingdom Hearts where it's completely dark. throughout the fight, those connected to Sora's heart lend him their strength and fight along side him briefly, helping chip away at Xehanort's health until they deal a certain amount of damage, and then allow you to perform a special finisher move that has some kind of significance to whoever was helping you (i.e. if Terra joins, he and Sora team up for an Ultima Cannon or Sora and Roxas team up for a Salvation style move, etc etc).

whenever someone comes to aid Sora, the background is changed due to the influence of their strong connect to Sora, so if TAV come to help the background changes to the Land of Departure maybe.

when Xehanort is down to his final health bar, it's back to a 1v1. you knock down his HP to 1 and then you get a special finisher move that has Sora summon the strength of those connect to his heart. All their Keyblades appear around him and as he charged for the final blow, all the Keyblades follow suit and run Xehanort through 7 or 8 ways, finishing the fight.

that's my idea but i'd like to think Nomura will deliver something crazy and fun. the final sequence of KH2 is so memorable for me so i'm hoping he goes all out.

Knowing Nomura, I'm sure that the final battle will be something spectacular and jaw dropping! If Kingdom Hearts II's final battle was amazing, I can't even begin to fathom how amazing Kingdom Hearts III's will be!

Your concept sounds awesome, Finn! I really dig it!

Personally, with the information that one can have more than five party members onscreen, I'd like to believe there'll be an epic battle royale between the Seven Lights and the Thirteen Seekers Of Darkness, something that is epic in scale! And when it comes down to Xehanort, I'm sure that Sora will attain a godly power at that point that can rival Xehanort's darkness, and both shall clash as the true Kingdom Hearts rises! When Xehanort is about to be brought down and he tries to off Sora, his friends will give him strength, and Kingdom Hearts itself will grant Sora unimaginable power to deal the final blow! Or something along those lines!

Or it may be something FFXV-esque, a la Noctis vs. Ardyn, one on one swordsmen match! xD

I want a 3 hour long battle with 16 different Phases with gummi ship battles on the moon!

But sriously now Your idea is amazing and something that I had In mind too. Though I would actually expand on the idea even more, why not have all the different Disney heros that we had on our side during the course of all the games fighting on our side I am thinking something along the lines of a place t hat is wide open like the keyblade graveyard The forces of light on one side the forces of darkness on the other and Sora saying somethin that is reminiscent of Aragorns "for frodo" before storming into battle. As to how all these different people are coming together my idea would be that they all felt at the same time that sora was in need of help after all sora is connected to everybody he meets

Well one things is for sure, you have to fight all thirteen darknesses. How this all goes, I'm not sure, but I would think your party members changes throughout with every darkness you have to face.

That sounds like an amazing idea, Finn! I love it! xD

That sounds amazing! Especially the FFXV-esque fight; that would be incredible if Sora vs Xehanort went something like that! xD And we already know that the old guy have some serious power from his boss fight with Terra, so why not? xD

Thanks! :D And well, the FFXV part was more of a joke, ya know? I mean, don't get me wrong, Noctis vs. Ardyn was epic, but I actually expected two or three more forms of Ardyn, but was surprised when the fight was only a one round kind of thing, and I don't want that happening in Kingdom Hearts III! But hey, whatever happens, as long as it's epic and satisfying will suffice!

At this point, only Nomura knows how he's gonna make the final battle look, and it'll no doubt be amazing, no matter what he does!

The usual epicness with MX -- followed by a "post-final" boss who wants to use KH's Light against the Realm Of Darkness, in retaliation for all of MX's Darkness-based meddling (thus finally subverting the show-don't-tell problem about why too much Light is allegedly just as bad as too much Darkness)... or something like that.

I feel like that after the FIRST battle between the 7 & 13, Young Xehanort takes nearly all of the darkness out of Sora's heart and takes his form, revealing that his elder self snuck a bit of HIS heart inside of Sora in DDD, but it wouldn't go into effect. Afterwards, Xehanort and Braig retreat to the World That Never Was and try to summon Kingdom Hearts THERE. Then, Sora and friends go to save Roxas, Xion and Namime, and they all gather all of Sora's friends-including the Shibuya gang (accompanied by several giant Mr. Mews), the Radiant Garden Restoration Comittee, Dr. Jumba's experiments (yes, I'm actually serious.), a revived Eraqus, Yen Sid, the Queen and Duchess, and thousands of Spirit Dream Eaters-traverse through the World That Never Was, and launch a final assault on Xehanort, who, along with Braig, leads thousands of Heartless, Nobodies, and Unversed. As the battle rages on, Sora and Xehanort clash 1 v 1 until Xehanort gives up and jumps all the way up to the top of his battleship, based near Kingdom Hearts. He and Ventus, accompanied by Donald and Goofy, take on Xehanort's last stands. Near the end, Xehanort takes a godly form and sprouts wings, blowing Donald and Goofy away. Now, it's Sora and Ventus again, and they follow Xehanort to Kingdom Hearts to stop him from opening it. After an intense battle, Sora and Ventus defeat him using the two halves of the x-Blade, reassemble it, and close Kingdom Hearts. The end.

Oh yeah, and Sora helps Roxas and Xion kill Braig during the fight. Also, Isa is back to normal and helps Lea.
