If the next Smash bros. had a story mode...

That would actually be kind of dope. But I doubt they would go as far as add Voice Acting in there, Even the Subspace Emissary didn't have that. Not to say I wouldn't want that though.

It'd be interesting but weird, because while there are many characters who speak in Smash bros like Fox,Shulk,Peach,Sonic, etc there are also many silent protagonist like Mario,Link or Kirby,so it would be weird to mix those together,Subspace emissary handled it well,I wouldn't if they added voice acting but I think it'd work better if they were all silenced

No thanks. Unless it's well acted like in KIU, then I don't think Smash should have full voice acting for everyone. It would also be weird hearing characters who only do grunts speak full sentences.

Only for the characters who actually speak in full sentences. Nothing for characters like Kirby and Pikachu (aside from the noises they make), but characters like Pit and Bayonetta could go all out.

(Could be funny to have Cloud still speaking in Japanese, though.)

Whatever they do, they should do a better job of conveying character thoughts and actions.

The worst thing about the Subspace Emissary was that I didn't know what was going on half the time. For the love of God, Sakurai, subtitles to denote actions and what characters are trying to say will not kill you.
