Ok I know its a little late for this but who else thinks this review of Kh2 is unfair, becuase I think it really is. 7.6???

You have to admit, KH2 is lacking in a few areas compared to KH1 and BBS. But reviews are always biased. I once watched a review for BBS where both reviewers gave it an instant thumbs down because:

1. One of them didn't even bother to play through the tutorial (and yet they played 15+ hours with even more tutorials in FF13 :)

2. Sora wasn't the main character.

3. They didn't like the way the story was split up into three.

4. The other guy played Aqua's scenario first and only, and only made it up to...I dunno, but it looks like he only finished Castle of Dreams.

Just some examples about how reviews are biased, but they're nothing more than somewhat more official opinions. It's just a waste of time to complain about it.

Yeah, 7.6 is kinda harsh, but he does make some valid points, it does involve much less strategy than the two games set before it. I did recognize some of the issues he was talking about, like the fact that the enemies don't get progressively tougher as the game goes, and the extensive combo abilities (as cool as they maybe) do cause you to just be plowing through every enemy other than certain bosses.

no way, he said that its too easy, my advise to him is stop playing games on begginer and go on the hardest difficulty then hell change his mind

I kinda get the whole too easy part, because compared to the other games, its way too easy.... that being said, it's still my favourite KH game so far :)

I have to say that I first player KH2 on the begginer mode, but then when I saw it was too easy I went right to the proud mode, and it was still TOO easy! He's right, KH2 isn't nothing but smashing buttons. I only started to defend enemie's attacks replaying KH1 for the 4th time, and that was like 2 weeks before I get the BBS xD and ONLY when fighting against Sephiroth.

I wish that the next game had the same controlsof KH2 and the difficulty of KH: 358/2 Days and KH: BBS

wich ARE hard xD

besides, I could use some exploration on KH

it'd be reeeally nice

it should have got 7 and days shouldn't have got 8 instead it should have got 6 but it's opinions people at least he backed but his points

That is pretty low compaired to the reveiws IGN gave the other kh games. But Gamespot gave it a 8.7 followed by the fans:9.3. At least they knew what they were doing:p

it's opinion he gave his and had logic in his opinion so i would say he knew what he was doing. Also kh re:com, days and bbs were reviewd by ryan clements who is known for being fan of JRPG.2 was reviwed by Jeff Hayes i think and 1 was reviwed by someone eles

Screw the American bastards. They're jealous that they can't make a game as epic as what the Japanese produce. Famitsu, the magazine with the world's toughest game rater, gave KH2 a 39/40. An almost perfect score shared by only 20 other games, such as Super Mario 64, Modern Warfare 2, FFX and GTA 4.

Famitsu is not a harsh marker. Not at all.

Famitsu gives anything square over 34 look at days for pete sakes in my opinion Famitsu arn't that tough.i think edge are toughtest game critics. The guy who reviewed that at ign no longer works there anymore

He did have some points, the combo system and the lack challenge was irritating, and a few other issues, but the plot was amazing and the graphics were a complete step up from kh1, as well as most of the music. it deserves a high 8, or a low 9. This really bothers me.

I think that reveiw is TOTALLY Bogus I mean i love everything in the game except for the no save feature after you beat the final boss so i would give it a 9.9.

Who knows? Maybe it was their honest opinion. Maybe they were biased against KH. But that is kind of harsh
