Posted June 23, 20187 yr I personally like the KH2 art style the best because it looks more final fantasy/realistic anime esque where it supported the look of both the Disney characters and the OC’s as well. Also the cinematics were really stylish and cool looking. Edited June 23, 20187 yr by rhys0126
June 23, 20187 yr But they all look similar/the same...? Well, KH3 sure looks way too different with the Unreal Engine 4...so I guess they don't look the same at all. I chosed KH3 because those graphics are way too good
June 24, 20187 yr I initially wasn't a fan of how III looked, but its visual presentation has gone through major improvements and I have to give it the edge here. Though I will say II has aged really well (even with weird stuff like the Pirates world) and still looks great.
June 24, 20187 yr I think that out of the numbered entries, III has stolen the crown for most amazing art style in the series as of yet! With the way technology has advanced, it's allowed Nomura and his team to be able to up the ante for Kingdom Hearts graphics the way they've never been before! As a result, the Disney worlds look even more vibrant and amazing and fresh, and each world has its own color palette and style, which I love! So yeah, Kingdom Hearts III is easily my best choice!

I agree i always had the feeling that all Kingdom hearts games had something "amaturis" about them. By which i mean you could always kinda see the building blocks of the worlds within the game. I cant say the same about 3 it is so advanced that i cant tell the difference between game and movies anymore. (Well sometimes i can amd that is that the game looks better)

Nomura and his team didn't have the technology at the time to be able to make art styles mesh in a way that would seem more organic, but now, with Kingdom Hearts III, we're seeing how this is possible, ya know? It's pretty dang amazing!
