Disney WERE the English distribution company, but they lost the rights to GKids. Nonetheless, I STILL hold on to hope that one day, Ghibli ANYTHING (ESPECIALLY Spirited Away) will be in KH.

Maybe someday.

You can still get those movies from the Disney Movie Club.

Wait they lost the rights? How did I not know this?

I started a topic on that too, but like everyone is saying it likely won’t happen :/ Closest thing to what you want though is Ni No Kuni 2 because it has KH like combat and similar themes with cell shaded Studio Ghibli graphics

I don't know much of Studio Ghibli, but I do know that they are beloved worldwide, and if Disney still had the rights to the international dubbing of the films, there could have been a chance for said properties to make it into Kingdom Hearts! But sadly, for now, at least, it's not a possibility, ya know?

since disney will own the entire planet by 2030 I think its possible

Lol, yeah, then maybe we could see Ghibli actually making it into the series! :)
