October 30, 201014 yr I will always miss the crazy, creepy laugh He also voiced some guy named Hojo from one of the FF games but I've never played any of them so I wouldn't know who this "Hojo" is... Basically he's just an FF7 character who went mad with expierments and research and ended up killing himself (actually the characters of FF7 did [Cloud, Tifa, Aerith, etc.]) in the process.
October 30, 201014 yr As much as I dislike Vexen (and his creepy laugh), it is sad that we've lost another voice actor. May he rest in peace. =(
