Here’s the issue with the whole “ Kairi keeping sora whole giving him the time to save everyone.” Is told to us by a missable cutscenes with Namine and at the end after Sora has saved everyone. Which doesn’t give it much impact.

If Kiari took the place of Gemini as a Disembodied voice talking to Sora while he’s saving everyone, it would’ve felt like Kairi helped.
