So, it seems like Xigbar might be alluding to the fact the Luxord is someone from the past, which Xemnas brought up to Marluxia, Larxene, Demyx, and Luxord in their meeting. From the revelation that Marluxia as Lauriam and Larxene as Elrena were revealed as character of Ux's time (most likely wielders as well since they have Chirithys and Lauriam was a Dandelion foreteller), we can gather that the case for Demyx and Luxord were as well. Given the timeframe, I feel there will be a revelation of their prior identities, at least in the JP version, before the DLC releases in Winter.

The yellow eye don't seem to be a MoM feature since we could see that the gazing eye is blue, not gold or amber. It is likely simply a sign of the influence of darkness similar to Heartless and Darkling eyes. It definitely seems the discussion involves MoM, going by the body gestures.

Luxord's Wild card had to come in handy for Sora to Deux Ex his way out of consequences for diving into worlds to find hearts. Maybe we'll see just how.
